Leaving the Rising Sun (Then go back 3 Spaces)

Day 728, 21:19 Published in Japan Japan by Myung Kei

Yes, the recent rumors are true (as I have said so myself), I will be leaving eJapan and its people really, really soon. I have been around on the IRC recently and on the forums, bustling to and fro from the office of the president as well as to the houses of my close friends to tell them the news. I apologize for the supprise on the population of eJapan, the president and his cabinet, as well as the Foreign Minister of the submitment of my resignation from ambassador to eIndia, the Secretary of Communication, and as a dedicated eJapanese citizen.

"Where are you going Myung?"

(Hint: The answer is eIndia)

"Why leave eJapan?"

Quite recently I have been under alot of stress in both real life and in life on eRepublik. The current cycle of constantly checking eRepublik for updates and latest news has been a huge hastle by conflicted with what is required from myself and what I want to do in general. There is nothing wrong with eJapan's overly social society; that is not the issue, the problem at this point is to keep up with it at my current fix in life. I wish no ill tidings to the people of eJapan, the primary problem is priority.

My other motives for leaving are circumstantial and alone would not compound to me leaving "The land of the Rising Sun". I guess after being MoFA of eSK for a while and then being ambassador to eIndia, along with advising members of Sol as well as other national governments has lead me to want to explore the world outside the safety of these islands. What is elife like in other countries? What is the government like? The people? The social aspect?
Also, eJapan as a community has gone through some rough patches, and I want to distance myself and take a breather for a little while before returning.

eIndia has been a wonderful country to get to know (as ambassador), a small community with a varying bunch of interesting characters, yet with a active forum community that fits within the time frame that I have at the current moment. The nation is attempting to try and get up on its feet, and I want to help out and make a difference for these people. Maverick, Jelly, and Ashwamedh to name a few have been really friendly and active eIndians who I have associated and become aquainted with.

"When will you be back?"

Could be a month, maybe 2 or more, I have not decided yet. But I have promised to myself that I would return to eJapan and once again have a comfortable chat with everyone.

What I do know is that from time to time I will be popping in and seeing everyone. In cases in which the country is in a dire emergency (such as being invaded), you can be assured that I will send my sincerest support to everyone here in eJapan.

"But I want to see you before you go!"

Great! I want to see you before I go to!

On Thursday, November 19th from around 13:30-15:00 erep time, and from 18:50-20:00 erep time I will be around on the IRC wraping up loose ends and making my formal resignation from all my government positions. If you want to meet me then, I will be more than happy to exchange formalities and last minute partings before finally purchasing a moving ticket and clicking "Change Region".

So come and visit when you can during these time frames! 🙂

"Any last shoutouts?"

Yes actually.

Spade: What can I say? You were honestly the very first person who believed in myself and the potential that I had, you were an excellent chancellor of a community that placed its full trust in your abilities. You are an excellent leader and I hope that we cross paths again in eJapan or in a free eSK.

Oraizan: If you happen to be reading this by chance, just wanted to send my deepest congrats you on getting out of your surgery and wishing you luck in your endeavors in eAustria's community. Hope "Waifu" has a great time with you in eEurope!

Kokawa: Normally this is the part where I yell "Hail the Emperor!", but I decided not to and to instead start off like this. I think as a spiritual and nonpartisan figure in eJapan is a role that you have almost perfected. I enjoyed our pleasent green tea chats in the lovely gardens of the place, and I loved how you turned a section of the palace grounds into an owl enclosure...very stylish and clutured of you. May you continue your reign when I return.

Dokomo and Cabinet: Just wanted to let you guys know that I am very happy with the activity and the level of maturity you handle every situation. Dokomo you especially, I am simply amazed by the time and effort you have put into your presidency and hope that you may continue such activity until the end of the presidental term.

Reiji:The most Japanese cultured person of them all! If you feel like commenting in the space under this article in Japanese, I will have no problem letting Google translating it! 😛

Ember, Sophia, and my fellow lolies: Being with the ULJ was a blast over the past few months that I have been here! Ember I have been comfortable with the way you have managed things so effectively with the lolies the past few months. Sopiha, I really wish I had the collectivity and calmness that you have expressed over and over again in the eDiet and out in general public, my hat off to you! 🙂
And I love you Nom Nom (Nozomi), hope to speak to you often!

exReality and Aston: Both of you are progressivly rising stars in eJapan's community as well as the government of eJapan. Both of you express the need to look at the issues from all sides and collect information for everyone else. I wish you luck in the coming months!

Akki and Kenji: What can I say? Everything you touch turns to gold (and competitve prices in eJapan)! I leave you with this picture:

(Also Go Smily!)

(If I have left anyone out that I have not directly mentioned, then don't feel shy and I will share the love on #eJapan on November 19th at the perscribed times)

And remember:

Honor for the Emperor, Glory to eJapan, and Justice in the Righteous Nation Philosophy!

(Also, lots of spins and hearts for Fae!)
