What I'm not clear on is why everyone is blaming Kuthesh's Control Freak drunk melt down on Don Croata? How could Don or anyone else possibly be responsible for the actions of another, taken unilaterally and without regard to his country or citizen? Kuthesh's actions (and lack of) were wholly based on Kuthesh's ego and sense of entitlement. Meh. He's alienated an entire staff that supported him and now his Prime Minister is perma-banned.
