The Army is one of the best things about eRepublik, with it's fantastic and vibrant community, its brilliant regular supply of weapons and the rush of striking with large numbers of other soldiers there really is no other place to be. You will also fight to help our allies abroad and have secure jobs at a reasonable wage in army companies. If you don't have the time for all these great things, you can still join the Army reserves and do your bit for the country.

The Application form is very easy to fill out. You also need to ensure that you have created an account on the Forums, the Military Hub and register a nick on IRC and if you get stuck and need some help, just come on IRC and a member of our friendly command will help you on your way, step by step.

Your application will soon be processed and you will be placed into an ATC Platoon, with a Lt Col and Major who will assist you every step of the way. As long as you are active enough and pass some tests you will be Transferred to the regular army in no time.


The Regular Army is split into four parts, the Army Air Corps, Infantry, the Royal Armoured Corps and the Royal Artillery. These are in turn split into regiments. You will join a regiment that is part of the branch of your primary military skill.




You should be active on the hub and IRC daily to ensure you get the most out of being in the army. Strikes are held every day, anywhere in the world, and believe me they are great fun. There is a lot of scope for promotion in the army, with a Lt Col and Major for every regiment. The command structure above that is a little more complicated, but you can see how its laid out here.

The reserves are great if you don't have the time for the regular army you can still join the reserves. The reserves are just another branch of our great military and just as good as the regular Army 😉. You will enjoy your time there and still do your bit for the eUK, especially in important battles.
