-Every day you train work experience like military strengh (with Q1-Q4 buildings)
-If you dont train work experience one day, your work experience decrease 1% to 5%
-Bonus increase of 1% to 5% of work experience for those that work 7 day in a row (example)

-Manager receive a PM with the candidate to the job
-PM contains the work value of the candidate
Example:
work experience value:100 -> produces 1 weapon (no regions)
work experience value:1000 -> produces 10 weapons (no regions)
work experience value:100 -> produces 5 weapons (full bonus)
work experience value:1000 -> produces 50 weapons (full bonus)
-Manager offer one salary depending on his work experience value (manager have to do some math

-If candidate accepts, candidate start to gain that salary
-Candidate/employee can propose to manager one increase in salary once a month
I think that is fair to every one!

One concurrent game have more or less this system...and works!
when I started playing the game had this feature, but you gained work experience everytime you worked for your employer!
and the job market had job offers for every type of worker, with different salaries.
Just want to add, that to bring back this I suggest that the rank of the players would be given accordingly to hard worker medals. Oh, and back then you had to work 30 days straight to win it, if you missed one day, the count would start over!!
Yes I remember those days. It was really hard to achieve a hard worker medal.

they could revive the bot to keep the price in the markets at a certain level. but that would make lots and lots of players filthy rich right now
Then other solution is to fight against oversupply (Work Tax and VAT enhanced for that, for example, or ending the current employer-employee duality feature for the citizens)

Multi-farming might be a problem with this suggestion, so perhaps work XP should only start for accounts over a certain level, maybe XP 28? Otherwise I like it. It would be a shot in the arm for smaller countries that can never hope to get decent bonuses, instead they could concentrate on developing a good manufacturing base that would pay dividends on the battlefield.
Perhaps re-introducing the old format of selecting percentages of your time/effort that is going to go into either Working or Training would help this idea. A lot of people don't miss a day, so this would offset that by making the player decide whether he wants to concentrate his time on becoming a tank or top producer.
Yep agree, player can choose a way...better is to have journalistic and political rank too. 4 ways to play a game..choose a path. 😃

They had this system in the past and they removed it. I.e. Economy skill level, you trained it wasting gold boosters like you train strength, different production of employee based on their economic skill, etc. I don't think it would be fair to reintroduce it unless they give me back all the gold I previously spent to upgrade my economic skills. No thank you, I think I'll pass.

In your example, if we have 1 productivity for no region and 5 for full bonus, that makes a difference of 400% between the big and wiped countries. It will enlarge the gap and will cause even more problems then now.
A full bonus should not be more than 2 of productivity...
Its a example. My goal is to explain that the production is bigger.
4 years ago it was like that... there were work ranks and better salary for highest ranks... i remember the best rank was Guru
