Easily because of the long time the country has been under dictatorship ! Because dictatorship is not considered the norm. So a friendly dictatorship is not considered friendly by the game. So the forces for democrasy which in this case is a rogue MU gains and gains determination.

On the one side the influence added to Influence bar that determines the victor = damage x 1 v On the other side : damage multiplied by 10.98.

So Dictator side scored 100 million damage = Democrasy scored just below 10 million damage.

Which EQUALS rogue and enemy states going around the world toppling our installed dictatorships costing the nation another 200k to install a friendly dictator but also the risk of then be subjected to a rogue dictator after our dictator is easily toppled!
