Govt supplies for Australian fighters
Detroit34
The CP, the eHon PhoenixGreen, has commenced an important discussion in the eAustralia Forum on the question of how [Government] ADF Supplies are distributed. The CP has asked eAustralians if they wish the direct-to-MU tank supplies program to continue and will shortly run a poll on the question.
eAustralians have embraced MUs to much greater extent than the eAustralian forums. While I regret the the lack of participation in the forums, if the question is how to support eAustralian fighters, MUs is a far superior, fairer and transparent way to achieve that aim than the forums.
If the direct-to-MU tank supplies model is accepted then the issue will be how supplies are allotted. In order to inform the debate I published on 10 october the following an analysis.
The big winners
Australian Freedom Unit
Hawks
Australian Nightwatch
Fair share
KnightHawks - (well done for being the biggest)
FuzzyBunnies
Australian Defence Force
Dart-Star Inquisition
The loser who got something
Royal Australian Regiment
The big losers who got nothing
Australian Diggers
Royal Green Jackets
The Australian Fleet
The Black Hawks
The big losers were ranked 4th, 5th, 8th and 12th in damage inflicted in the last week.
They were ranked 4th, 6th, 9th and 10th in the last month.

Nice the links that are off limits :/
but if individual give good performance in these no performing mu then what will they get..???
I need some help to understand this issue. So, the government is supplying my MU with free tanks for the fighters. How can I get free tanks from my MU? Until now, I only got the reward for completing the daily order. Is this counting as free tanks?
Thanks
Nothing short of scandalous favouritism. Fund on the basis of performance (influence) or not at all.
Can we have the text of what is hidden behind that restricted link published in an article where, as distinct from on the forums, people are likely to read it?

that method of allocating weapons was bizarre.
Funny how the "loser who got something" is only approx. 1% of the fighters but consistently do at least 10% of the countries damage...http://egov4you.info/unit/army/619
might go do our damage elsewhere as doing millions and millions of damage makes us "losers"
a bad idea
@ronny, i don't think he is insulting you ronny just trying to put the share bluntly
Good post
ronnyJnrJnr I was not insulting your MU. The analysis was to show how the distribution was made. If there was any insult it was at the distribution method.
I personally don't think that this is a good idea as it would punish MU with new players who are the ones who need a significant amount of support to ensure they remain engaged and rank up quickly, allowing each division to punch above their normal weight.
If this was to be done, I think each MU would need to be supported equally and coordination with each MU commander about the supplies they are going through with distribution requests so that anyone can get weps when fighting
The only people who lost, Detroit, were the guys belonging to MU's whose Commanders couldn't be bothered to register their MU as part of the ADF Army. A simple 3-click process that gives us access to pertinent information needed to distribute funds.
They were notified three times in personal mails and ignored me three times.
The distribution was 70% for fighters (active soldiers who fought at least once in the week), 20% tanks (number of fights) and 10% for Influence (damage dealt).
The goal was to initially push activity to create participation, and then move it to a better balance as the MU commanders who choose to participate give feedback.
It would appear that the goal was actually to force MU commanders to submit to ADF control. Pay us what we are owed, Majester. It is easy enough to find out how much damage is done and who the MUs are.
I know that internally in AFU we decided that the fairest way to allocate the supplies was the number of fights, with Division 1-3 receiving 2x more than Division 4 to help us boost the damage in the division we need it most. But obviously there will be other takes on what is the fairest way (influence, etc).
Internally the ADF MU split it among the number of fights as well. The minimum fights is set at 560 fights (7*80) since that is the bare minimum required activity required to be using normal ADF supplies.
The assessment of winners and losers is also wrong.
MU Tanks | Per Soldier | Per Soldier Per Day
KH 1,066 25 4
Hawks 293 23 3
AFU 913 24 3
FB 575 26 4
ADF 359 24 3
Nightwatch 267 24 3
DSI 104 26 4
RAR 81 38 5
RAR thus won.
As to the MU who got no supply - meet the criteria by joining the ADF Army on egov4you so that I can see your stats for the calc - or get nothing, This is ta😜ayers' money. It requires accountability for spend which means I need stats to back up what I do. 2-clicks and you are in.
All Australian MU Commanders are already part of the AMOK which is effectively our military High Command under the DoD so the control argument doesn't fly. You get the money with no strings unlike the ADF supplies.
And while your simplistic argument may seem correct, Wingfield, it fails on several levels.
1. The easiest way for me to get a record of your weekly MU damage is via egov.
2. Damage was not the main criteria used, but rather activity.
3. Joining an army in egov does not remove your ability to set orders or pulse incentives for your troops. The MU Commander and 2nd Commander can also make the MU leave the army at any time.
4. The only power the army gets in the MU is to set pulse incentives.
It would appear that the goal was actually to force MU commanders to submit to ADF control. Pay us what we are owed, Majester. It is easy enough to find out how much damage is done and who the MUs are.

You have misused taxpayers money by not supplying one of the larger and more effective MUs. I will NOT submit to your petty requirements and control. Funding should be shared on the basis of damage done or it is being misused.
Complains about not getting ADF supplies, refuses to join the ADF.
Complains about not getting MU supplies, refuses to use eGov,
The government needs accountability to hand these supplies out, just like with the ADF - where EVERYTHING gets recorded, if the government requires that you join egov so they can have that accountability, and you refuse because of omg reasons then the government isn't required to hand them out.
It's your MUs members that will miss out.
Complaining because you want stuff, and then outright refusing to actually do anything in order to get it is a bit much.
Joining egov is literally 3 clicks, and you don't even have to look at it again if you're not interested, just let the ADF do the organisational work as usual.
I personally recommend soldiers join MUs with commanders who know how to milk the system to maximise resources instead of whining because they have a misplaced sense of entitlement. Just saying.
