Georgia-Russia Training War

1. Russia and Georgia engage in a training war. The war lasts for a month and is automatically prolonged unless one of the parties objects to it by sending a message about it on the presidential level.

2. The war takes place in Georgian regions.

3. The order ot the war is the following:
- Georgia launches NE;
- Georgia attacks and loses the campaign;
- Russia attacks and wins the campaign;
- Russia keeps attacking until Georgia is fully occupied by Russia;
- Georgia launches an RW;
- Georgia wins RW in all its regions occupied by Russia;
- the order is repeated (Georgia proposes NE to Russia and accepts it every week during the month).

In case Georgia wins any direct campaign, be it attack or defense, it has to lose the next direct battle and not win any direct attack on Russian regions. The parties shall then return to above mentioned order of war.

4. Both countries inform their allies of the order of the war and do all possible to ensure everyone follows it.

5. Twice a month Georgian CP or MoFA send Russian CP and MoFA the calculation of taxes. The calculation should correspond to the taxation on the Economy page of Russia without alteration. Russian side ensures the taxes are sent to Georgian CP.
