This applies to a normal weekly challenge. Im currently on 6464 prestige points

so lets start 6464 - 13:45 - 8460 energy
7564 - 13:34 - 8460
9354 - 13:58 - 9460 2nd jackpot
20896 - 88/MINUTE
24896 - 88/minute from 20000 no more recovery tokens so it remains constant at 1😇6 for 9460

At the moment Im not participating in the day change epic as I am going to use the 3 minutes recovery bonus till day 3172.

8460 energy as in blitzkrieg + 3 houses (q1,q2 and q3)and the +200 energy centre from the power spin

To adjust for your energy multiply hour x 60 add minutes. multiply your total minutes with your energy divided by 8460. this will give you if my math is right a total number of minutes. divide by 60 to get hours . multiply hours x 60 subtract it from total to get hours and minutes. if you have a calculator that can do a div mod division then you can use it.

still very complicated and did not understand how to do it or how to know how my energy will take to recover

if you hover your mouse over your energy it shows you how long it takes. but i dont know im not doing the 150 energy bars at the start of the week on an epic battle so my recovery seems to take longer. but perhaps just spoiled from the anniversary event.
