FeMU Player Pool Week 2

Day 2,889, 17:12 Published in USA USA by Gnilraps

Greetings America,

The first week of FeMU is coming to a close. Today we publish the new Player Pool for week two. If you plan to play this week for the first time, please skip the Player Pool section and read the “Rules” section below. Otherwise, just scroll down to the pool and start thinking about your team!

Watch for Week 1 Official Results on Tuesday or Wednesday. Check here for the latest scoring updates.

Once you think you’re ready to enter your week 2 FeMU team, just fill out this form. Remember, only one entry per person. And your team cannot have a total value above 150!

Your Budget for this weeks FeMU entry is once again $150. So think wisely before you spend it all in one place! And don't worry, FeMU is free to play, the $150 is "fantasy" money, and the values of each Soldier in the player pool are "fantasy values".

Once your team is entered, you may not make changes. Just make sure you’ve entered your team BEFORE 23:59 on eRepublik Day 2890.

RULES
The FeMU League is a free weekly contest for all citizens of eUSA. Before I go into the rules, let me share with you some of the vocabulary we will be using to make the rules a little more clear.

FeMU - a Fantasy eMilitary Unit. 10 Soldiers whose FeV adds up to no more than $150.
Participant - any citizen of eUSA who drafts a FeMU.
Commissioner - as George sTrolls.
Soldier - any of the available eUS Citizens belonging to a Military Unit who have been assigned a FeValue.
FeV - or FeValue, a fantasy dollar value assigned to 125 Soldiers by the Commissioner each week.
Player Pool - the entire list of available Soldiers from which Participants will draft their FeMU.
Draft - the weekly process during which Participants will select their FeMU according to the FeV’s set by the Commissioner.
Budget - The total amount of fantasy dollars (not actual cc or RL money) available for a Participant to build his/her FeMU.

Here’s how it will work.

Each week on Saturday, the Commissioner will release a new Player Pool which will include approximately the 125 top-damage-dealing eUS Citizens over the past 4 weeks. Each Soldier will be assigned a FeV based on his/her historical damage.

If you wish to be a FeMU Participant, you must draft your FeMU from the Player Pool, but you cannot “spend” more than your Budget. The Budget will be announced each week with the Player Pool. If the Commissioner decides to increase or decrease the Budget, it will be indicated in the Player Pool publication.

You must set your FeMU lineup before the weekly reset on Monday/Tuesday. Any FeMU which is not turned in by 23:59 ert before weekly reset will be disqualified from the weekly competition. You must also indicate the total damage you expect your FeMU to produce (see “tiebreaker” below).

You may Draft any Soldiers you want onto your FeMU as long as they are in the Player Pool and as long as you do not exceed your Budget. Any FeMU which exceeds its Budget will also be disqualified from the weekly competition.

You will Draft a new FeMU each week, so if your FeMU did not win this week, there’s always next week to try again.

Your weekly FeMU score will be the total accumulated damage of your Soldiers during the week. The Commissioner will use the eRepublik Damage rankings to determine damage. If one of your Soldiers does NOT appear in the top 100 of the weekly Damage board in eRepublik, he will be assigned a damage amount of 50,000 which will be added to your FeMU total.

Each week, the following prizes will be distributed to the winning FeMU Participants:
First Place - 1000 Q7 Weapons!
Second Place - 500 Q7 Weapons.
Third Place - 200 Q7 Weapons.

Tiebreaker
In the case of a tie the winner will be the Participant whose total damage estimate is closest. If that results in a further tie, the winner will be established by random number.

All decision of the Commissioner are final.

But there’s more

If you want to give your FeMU a name and a logo, you may do so. You may then wish to use your ingame Newspaper to publish your FeMU Soldiers for the week, publish updates to how your team is doing through the week, publish League standings, or any other FeMU related data or information.

The best ingame FeMU Media, as determined by the Commissioner will be awarded the following prizes:
Best FeMU Logo - awarded on the last day of each month. 1000 Q7 Weapons.
Best FeMU Article - awarded weekly. 500 Q7 Weapons.

The first Player Pool will be published Saturday, eRepublik Day 2881. Watch for it.

If you have any questions, please indicate them in the comments below. The Commissioner or someone from the FeMU Staff will try to answer them in a timely manner. You can also raise your questions in our IRC room at #FeMU where you can usually find someone from FeMU Staff idling. #FeMU will also be your home-base for smack-talking any other Participants throughout the week. Feel free to shout your FeMU articles in #FeMU.
