Erepublik's Dictatorship Update, Good or Bad?

Greetings everyone,

As everyone probably already knows, today there came a message to every citizen indicating that there will be a new update. According to this update, governments can be overthrown and a dictator could be appointed instead at a great financial and timely cost. I would like every player to state his opinions about this update, since there are pros and cons, I would also like to know your opinions regarding Dictatorship/Democracy in RL.

- My opinion in quick words is that the pros are that if the right person is set as a dictator he could do wonders which also means less meaningless debates and arguments which also happen even in every RL parliament,

- My Cons about this are that there is the same possibility for an immature or immoral maniac to settle in as a Dictator, and coming from a country which got absolutely crushed by a dictatorship of North Korean character, believe me nobody would want that. A man could destroy a good economy citizens worked for, crush alliances which took months/years to achieve and pretty much doom his country. It also encourages PTO attempts even more.

So in a nutshell, I'm more negative towards this change.

I don't think that it should be a good idea

- 200K to launch a dictatorship change = quite easy for rich countries
- Rich countries can easily destabilise other ones
- Dictator will have 50% of CS passes on his hands (Giving CS to all his friends)
- Dictator can remove all the money from countries organisations
- Dictator can be from another country (so a serbian can be Albanian dictator)
- Dictator can change all MPPs from a country

It takes 5 minutes to destroy everything and lot of months to rebuild something. No idea what Plato was smoking but he went too far

I think somewhat the same, I can think of only some countries for which it is possible to achieve a Dictatorship, and hardly anyone of them likes us. Since Serbia is one of the wealthiest countries I can almost guarantee that in the future one of their "Albanian" pets which are among us will cooperate with them and make it for them a Child's play. The expenses are insane, while in successful dictatorship, the gold of some specific types of medals is neglected showing even more the pathetic greed of this game, and overpowered countries will grow even more, discouraging weak and average countries making the majority quit the game.
