Ireland will need to learn to concentrate its damage. We need Spain free. Spain wants to be free. We need the USA out of Europe . We need Argentina out of Europe. All of those goals is related. I do not know which goal gave birth to the other or whether they are brothers of each other.

I come from several war games. The last the West was an alliance driven one. We used to take young fighters tell em how to build up their character and take that build up character and made massive amounts of damage. We had 1 battle a day we had 1 central thread. Each town could call a fight for a specific day. No matter how big or how small. They then were responsible for sending 500 + pms to each fighter in the alliance(the game allowed you to send pm to alliance members) shout it in a chatbox that was the bottom bar and announce the strategy in a common alliance forum. (Game allowed town and alliance forums). I was always in the top alliance even when I switched to the other side. Because we ran a good alliance. Our processes were right.

We can take SA rugby where we have big private schools and several sponsored competitions for schools dividing them in small medium big and macro competitions. We have rugby weeks and the Craven Week where we assign them into provincial ghost teams. We then have universities and we have the varsity cup that pit them against each other in a very competitive popular competition. From that competition we draw new players to big provincial teams that compete yearly against the best teams of arguably the best 3 rugby nations in the world South Africa, Australia and New Zealand .

We dont have the money of the french and Japan who bought whole lineups from these sides. But we produce these players in mass. From a small seed starting in primary school.

If your structures are right and we take an eIrish greenhorn and we nurture him he can be the next biednymis or Nerusia. That structures start with the MU's. You all made the team and must do your best for Ireland.

Where this game is shortsighted in allowing small countries to forever be at an disadvantage that game had poor poor moderators. People that killed of game players that was the core of that world.

But I saw 2 of our players in the top 100 damage for yesterday. We have tHe fighters. But each of you must take the responsibility to FIGHT RIGHT.
