Discurso de transferencia de la Secretaría General de la Internacional Socialista

Estimados compañeros:

En esta oportunidad me dirijo a ustedes a fin de informarles sobre el recambio de autoridades en la Internacional, el nuevo Secretario General electo es Nicolas Grandolio del partido Izquierda Social Demócrata de Argentina.
Seguro pronto tendremos noticias sobre las grandes tareas que el Congreso le ha encomendado.

Mientras, a modo de resumen señalaré las principales actividades que se desarrollaron en mi gestión.

La principal fue lograr la conformación del XIII Congreso Socialista, con la incorporación de mas partidos y la divulgación de los principios y fines de la organización. Sin duda los debates (que continúan unos días más por prórroga) han sido fructíferos. No dudo que profundizaremos este lazo que ya nos une como camaradas y en el futuro cercano seguirá dando frutos y compromisos aun mas fuertes y transformadores.

Resguardar los fondos de que la estructura dispone. Una serie de aportes voluntarios que están a disposición de los partidos afiliados a requerimiento. La IS mantiene como línea el soporte de los partidos socialistas en sus crisis o implementación de programas que sustentan su crecimiento. La solidaridad entre camaradas tiene privilegio y es un principio fundante.

Intentamos realizar un acuerdo con Bolivia y Paraguay en busca de escuela para nuestros miembros más noveles, poniendo a disposición de esos países un equipo internacional para obrar como funcionarios de Estado y aprender y ejecutar el desenvolvimiento de los aspectos más cruciales del juego (exteriores y defensa). En el marco obvio de la defensa de los intereses comunitarios y nacionales del receptor.

Lamentablemente Bolivia presenta una particular situación interna que imposibilito todo inicio de diálogo. Acciones pasadas de la República Argentina también han dejado cicatrices difíciles de atemperar y generó una desconfianza que hoy dia continua.

Paraguay se mostró mas receptivo a la posibilidad de revitalización pero tampoco fue posible concretar. Lamentablemente el nivel de participación en el lugar es casi esporádico, inconstante. Aun tras largo diálogo y negociación no se pudo generar el consenso necesario que requerimos para obrar.

Igualmente aprovecho este espacio para brindar al Estado que lo requiera un grupo de gamers dispuestos a aprender, con muchas ganas de participar, proponer y escuchar en el debido marco democrático y con el fin de fortalecer a la congregación local.

Seguiremos avanzando en el desarrollo de mejores estrategias políticas para fortalecer el socialismo global.

Agradezco la confianza que en todo este tiempo los compañeros me han dispensado y los aliento a seguir trabajando.

Transfer speech of the General Secretariat of the Socialist International

Dear partners:

On this occasion I am writing to you in order to inform you about the replacement of authorities in the International, the new Secretary General elected is Nicolas Grandolio from the Social Democratic Left Party of Argentina.
Surely we will soon have news about the great tasks that Congress has entrusted to him.

Meanwhile, as a summary I will point out the main activities that were developed in my management.

The main one was to achieve the conformation of the XIII Socialist Congress, with the incorporation of more parties and the disclosure of the principles and aims of the organization. No doubt the debates (which continue a few days for extension) have been fruitful. I do not doubt that we will deepen this bond that already unites us as comrades and in the near future will continue to bear fruits and even stronger and transforming commitments.

Safeguard the funds that the structure has. A series of voluntary contributions that are available to affiliated parties upon request. The SI maintains as a line the support of the socialist parties in their crises or the implementation of programs that sustain their growth. Solidarity between comrades has privilege and is a founding principle.

We try to make an agreement with Bolivia and Paraguay in search of school for our newest members, making available to these countries an international team to act as state officials and learn and execute the development of the most crucial aspects of the game (foreign and defense) ). In the obvious framework of the defense of the community and national interests of the receiver.

Unfortunately, Bolivia presents a particular internal situation that precludes any initiation of dialogue. Past actions of the Argentine Republic have also left scars difficult to temper and generated a distrust that continues today despite appearing as allies in ANDES.

Paraguay was more receptive to the possibility of revitalization but it was not possible to specify either. Unfortunately the level of participation in the place is almost sporadic, inconstant. Even after a long dialogue and negotiation, it was not possible to generate the necessary consensus that we need to act.

I also take advantage of this space to provide the State that requires it a group of gamers willing to learn, eager to participate, propose and listen in the proper democratic framework and in order to strengthen the local congregation.

We will continue advancing in the development of better political strategies to strengthen global socialism.

I am grateful for the trust that my colleagues have given me throughout this time and I encourage them to continue working.
