As you know, we did not ask for this war. We did not want this war. Your government started it and then Auto-attack just took over.

We have always had a friendly and neutral relationship and I hope that we will someday return to that. I’m just curious why you wanted to jeopardize this relationship at this time. It makes no sense to me.
