Czech Government: Q5 Hospital

Citizens,
I detect from recent discussions that there is an appetite to build a Q5 Hospital. On the market these cost as much as 300 gold, but we will look for something a little cheaper...
We will shortly be selling a Q4 DS. However in the short run this is likely only to bring in around 120 gold. We will also be selling our Q4 DS company. Likely for around 120 gold.
So we are left with a short fall, and I will be setting up a Q5 hospital fund. I would like to encourage citizens and congressmen (who seem to have earned 15 gold for getting elected this month!) to contribute to Ceska Narodni Banka - to help us have sufficient funds for this purchase.
I will issue an article celebrating the good citizens that made contribution to this cause.

Why give this money to Israel?
Yeah why we have nothing to do with them?
The Czech people donated to support the founding of Israel when they first gained independance from Turkey (Radim and I proposed it).
Israel no longer needs our financial assistance and has made no official request for it. I am sure this vote is not supported by their government and I encourage congressmen to vote against it.

Bad idea. We haven´t enought money. If we will continue with this policies, we will quickly spend all our money.

I didn't have +15 Gold on my account. If I had, I would keep it there since it might be removed once they get to it (if it hasn't already).
I do support the purchase of a Q5 hospital, but I will wait with any donations until CNB will have the Gold from the sale of the DS + company.
