Controlled Demotition
People are always asking me if I know what it all means. As if it's something to be quantified, put in a box.

Stamped.

Labeled.

Shelved.

Known.

People like to poke holes at it, argue philosophically. They think it's something to be broken down, to be examined. Take it apart like some cadaver on a table and say,

"This is where it all is."

That's not what this is about.

Dio says "that a Country is just as mighty as its Citizens."

Young people, they think they want the whole world. Ambition, control, government; they play the game and think that's all there is. They view it from that mind, that filthy piece they've got stored up there. Blow it away with their logic and arguments. That's not power.

True power, the kind Dio talks about, that's about independence. Comradeship, subversion, anarchy; that's where the fun really lies.

Dio says "that a God is just as strong as his Believers."

Faith of action, faith of claim. A book's just paper unless it's lived. People think that means read. It's that whole labeling thing again.

Identify.

Understand.

Study.

It was never about it. It's a lifestyle. You either are or you aren't and no one can determine that for you but yourself.

"An Emperor is just as powerful as his Followers."

Same world, different day. The times you remember, those days where you had to stay logged on to see what went down, those were the times you tell your friends about.

Not these.

This is dead land. This is cactus land. These are the hollow days. And that's not good enough. It never was.

So we flock and hold and till and bide and wait for the strength to return to our weary hands. Tomorrow is just another day.

But it could be ours.

"Never forget, that a Man is only as strong as his future Sons."
