In a few sentences, state the general concept of your idea.

If there is method players have used to work around the current system? (For example shopping is used to bypass foreign purchase prices.)

Final Approval by MU Commander of Actions

Proposal

A dashboard showing what actions Military unit commander must approve before action is taken. A second page showing all actions waiting for final approval.

Current Workaround
Cumbersome spreadsheets keeping tab on all soldiers. Not really helpful if soldier is inactive.

Details
A dashboard is introduced to fine tune the command of the military unit commander. Currently 2nd commanders especially and captains can cause massive damage to the number of members of a mu or . The commander can toggle on what all officers is allowed. And select what actions needs his secondary approval. For example he can allow 2nd commander to set CO's and he can set soldier deletion as an action requiring his final approval . He can individually select what actions each officer can do. An "Actions requiring Final Approval page will keep a record of all actions still needing final approval.

Abuse Prevention

Not applicable. A commander can set command structure as he prefer.

Summary
This will prevent rogue actions. A fundamental concept in IT is the ability to reset the harmful actions of users and to inform users when their about to do harmful actions. The MU commander is in total control of the MU but yet cannot reset rogue actions or protect his MU from harmful actions. The inclusion will make a more user freindly mu for commanders giving them the ability to fine tune the COMMAND of the MU. It will improve MU efficiency and strategy thereby indirectly improving the game.

A mu of 1000 members can be eliminated by the actions of one enemy player. Given high levels of inactivity this has a long term harm to the broader community and can destroy smaller countries.
