I know game mechanics would left open the spots or assign it to another party. But since its a pseudo congress I cant see the ILP complaining if the shorted parties just nominate members from the parties to fill the spots.
WHS will claim that precedent dictate that the VOTES OF 103 of his countrymen be discounted and that the old congress which he is a part of remain in power.
Remembering that previously when we were wiped congress had no powers whereas we have full power now. I dont really follow his argument. But certainly if they chose to black ball the congress its up to them. Im certain the rest of the country will continue with their work.
Also we can note that the party claiming that Don Croata will get most of the most due to multies got most of the votes in the congress elections. Which I guess is an indication of how many multies vote for them?

I'll ask for the report so we can see who the most unexpirienced (i.e. lowest level) voters has voted for and then we'll see who had mutlies and who haven't. Don't fall to useless's man (WHS) propaganda, he's only good at that and pasting the lyrics from the internet. Once he does A SINGLE useful thing for Ireland he'll get to say something.
As for the congress, I agree, we should do what you suggested to do. I'm waiting for WHS to find something new to whine about now when he failed in this as well.
Yes it would be very interesting if afmins would be kind enough to see that report, but i doubt they will do so. At least voters lvls could be given so we can talk about who uses the multies.

He openly admitted nothing. He proposed the idea to make few multies during coup attempt to protect eIreland and that was noble but unwise idea. We talked a bit and we all decided that even though eIrish democracy was at stake we will not resort to such unfair acts. Now when we are talking I will ask the two of you where were you been during these MTO attempts and what exactly have you done to secure our victory? I can tell you that I personally spent over 100k IEP for CO (~30k directly sent to Don, ~20k sent to Inept and ~60k I personally set as co as a Cromega commander during few hours Inept and Don were not online), I did ~400M d1 damage for free too. How much did Don spent? Well he spent all his money he had on his account, and it was a larger sum than what I spent.

u certain? as far as i can remember i checked the rosters of other parties and it is the same. well else you would have to trust on your party members to remember positions
I changed the order and moved me and Elete to the botom of the congress list. I refreshed and made sure it updated. The order of that list for IFP was when people signed up to vote.
yeah but we were losing regions and people their spots because of it:
for example titusthemighty # 5 on ilp list has a start day of 28 may 2015 so that list cannot be last months list. but of course if you entered the election and your region was taken by argies then your removed from list. which means your list not looking the same
