Rules:
1. Each person will pay 50 USD a spot from 1-30.
2. The more spots you buy, the more chance you get a prize!
3. The rewards are:

2nd Ticket: 1.5 Gold
3rd Ticket: $150
4th Ticket: $50
5th Ticket: 60 Q5 Food
6th Ticket: 80 Q4 Food
7th Ticket: 250 Q1 Food

4. Proceeds:
50% to Airstrike
20% to Department of Interior
15% to ATO Operations
10% to 1st Ticket Drawn
5% to 2nd Ticket Drawn
