After a full financial me Bhane and Nogin did an audit
The amount in the treasury was established as 3.4 million cc.
Appleman did thereafter recount our monthly income as 100000 cc.
Thereafter Louman took over and finally nogin retook the seat.
Immediately she told me she suspected Louman of having stolen a fair bit of change as he
was silent and there was then 1.1 k in the orgs which she could only with a lot of effort regain. After a few days she retrieved another 700k or so which louman held in his own account .
She reported to all a total of 1.8 mil and now claim that every last cent is accounted for!
1.8 down from 3.4 is not everything accounted for. Somebody either Appleman Louman or Nogin stole a large amount from our treasury. We have appointed 2 certifiable morons as Cp Ian Arbucle and Fritzhill hence could not really expect fireworks from them.
For weeks I waited for Nogin to report this massive theft to no avail.
Indeed it seems the applegate theft is being covered up by her.

Once again brother Krakken is the only one who show any significant data about state finances and for that i salute him.

what was spent between the audit and the time i took over, (how many months passed in between??) ireland has never made 100k clear a month in revenue from taxes, MPP's/Co's/IA cost, alliance fees and other things including the famous gold handout to new players all came from state funds.
produce detailed proof of where money was stolen.
We have been pleading for full financials for years and mof's refused. Estoppel is the term for your defence as it's based on a problem created by the mofs themselves
full disclosure was made last month and will be made again this month to the top 5/6 party presidents & CP, nothing is being hidden from those that need to know.
In the past this data was kept secret, perhaps too secret, but i've changed things for the better and it will continue as long as people respect the need to protect the information provided.
Mofs never published full financials or even monthly statement s bar appleman. The lack of info is due to the actions of appleman and louman. You cannot protect them by asking for info. We don't have due to their lack of due diligence. In short that argument is invalid .
what they did has nothing to do with me, i only account/answer question on my terms as MoF.
If people have issues with previous MoF's i suggest they pm them directly
But there is a patent and clear discrepancy based on info you gathered and your info now. In my view they can defend themselves.After all would them losing it through incompetence be better thsn theft?
