Dear citizens of South Korea,
Events that happened a few days ago made me realize that Russia and South Korea can have a great friendship. So I decided to write a thank you note to your administration and people who made the right choice during the elections.
South Korea has been under Japanese attack and was about to be erased from the map. South Korea has asked help from Russia and Russia could not say no to our neighbors. We accepted MPP with South Korea and decided to aid in liberating your regions.
Like South Korea, once Russia was under Romanian/Norway/Finish/USA aggression. We fought hard to liberate our regions, so we know how it was for you to lose your country.
During our negotiations with Peter, we asked if South Korea would be willing to let us go through 1 of your regions in order to liberate Chinese region from USA aggression. USA has been a big bully in Asia. They have taken over Philippines, India, Malaysia, and Thailand. USA still occupies almost half of Chinese regions. USA still occupies Indian Kartanaka in order to reap the rewards from high iron region. Kartanaka is 100% secure if it were Indian because current MPPs that India holds are enough to protect it from any country.
Peter agreed to help us and let us pass through Gyendggi-do. Some people might say that South Korea is just a pawn. However, I can assure you that South Korea is not a mere pawn. Trolls have a tendency to tell stupid stuff and misrepresent the data. While it is obvious that South Korea is not as strong as Russia, surely South Korea made its own decisions. During SK&RU conversations, there have been many things that Russia asked Peter to do. Peter only agreed to one thing and rejected other offers.
For example, Russia has asked South Korea to attack Philippines in order to prevent swapping between USA & Philippines and China & Philippines. Interestingly, if South Korea would attack Philippines before the China & Philippines swapping, then you would not have seen a great battle between Serbia and USA in Liaoning.
If South Korea attacks Philippines right now, then Philippines will be stopped from moving around in China. However, it is up to South Korean people and, thus, South Korean president to decide and Russia respects your decision.
I want South Korean people to know that there are plenty opportunities for our countries to cooperate. Recently, your nation has been added to the training war between Russia and North Korea. I hope you enjoy it.
Lastly, Gyendggi-do will be returned to you in a few days. Russia does not need your regions and will be happy to see you whole again.
