Right, here we go with the first ADP lottery. Here is how it will work. In the comments section everybody wanting to enter will post a number between 1-100 (inclusive). Then I will use a random number generator to pick 3 numbers the day they announce who gets into congress. If you pick any of them you get 10 q7 guns. If I get into congress, I will pick 2 more numbers and give everybody who picked any of the numbers 20q7 guns.
