A Questionnaire: Captains of Industry Members, Former and Current

At present time, the Captains of Industry are larger and account for more kills on the battlefield than any other MU in eCanada. However, a member who recently left provided me with the reasons which prompted his departure. I'm not sure if there has ever been a study of how CoI members view their MU, but I can't think of any in recent memory. At any rate, I'd like to see what the people in CoI think of what's going on within the unit.
If you are an active CoI member or only a former one, I'd appreciate if you could fill out this short questionnaire and PM your answers to me.

Yes the AFP (eAust)
Are you satisfied with DOs in CoI?
Not really but under the circumstances not much can be done. Can’t have DO’s if there aren’t any. Also can’t expect Captains to be on 24 hours a day to check when battles start or finish.
Have you found that your supplies are consistently delivered?
Yes couldn't be better
Are you satisfied with the amount of supplies you receive?
Bloody oath! Got almost nothing from my previous MU. People here have no idea how lucky they are

5 (highest?). We have the occasional spats but that’s just part of the game

No
If you have been in one, what makes CoI different than other MUs?
The supplies and willingness of people to help
Would you change anything about CoI?
Not going to be popular but I think a large percentage of the supplies should go to the new players (once they have earned their first Hard Workers Award) to help them. Anyone who is World Class Force or above should be excluded from supplies.

For the most part yes.

Absolutely

Absolutely

Very good to say the least ... we don't always agree but that's part of the game

Not MU but Country because I haven't been happy with our CP's and congress lately (congress a while back obviously)

I think leadership at all levels (MU, Congress, CP) should work towards organizing a central army command. Where we get the buy in from all of our MU's and respective members so that when we start a battle, we're better organized to have a better chance at winning the battles.
This same leadership would also be responsible to work with other Ecountries to gain their participation in one way or another.
We may even want to look at a mercenary legion (something like the French Foreign Legion) to be able to call upon at a cost. I think CAD that is currently wasted on poorly organized RW's could be put towards such a venture.

Any comments you'd like to add? Is awesome all the work that our Commanders, Captains and everybody that makes CoI possible do. I really enjoy CoI since I joined it on day 1,773.
