We, in eRepublik, live in very trying times.

It seems that everywhere we look, every message we read is doom, gloom and accusations of abuse (both player and admin... although more often neglect in their case).

Stop.

It is time to step back and decide on which side you wish to play on. The side who wants nothing more than to see the powers that be humbled or the side who would like to continue playing a game that is already rich and whose potential remains largely untapped.

Yes we all need to express our frustrations, and they are valid ones, but there are more productive avenues for those than a lot of the complaining we are now seeing (might I suggest our national forums as a good place to start?).

The only (!) way we the community can make things better is by playing within the spirit of the game. In these times that also means playing armed with patience and understanding. It means playing with an eye watching for abuse and reporting it through acceptable channels. It is encouraging our friends and contacts to maintain faith and hope.

I want a clean game I can enjoy once more. The only way to do that since I am not an admin is by following the rules, enrich the world with ideas and contribute positively. I hope you join me in this mission.

It really is a common theme: whine your ass off until all of your problems go away. (Which never happens)

If you aren't enjoying the game, then get the hell out, don't ruin it for everybody.

I agree that people need to control their criticism, but it seems liek the admins are more interested in closing articles to try and save face than they are in fixing the clear problems. Though I will say people should give them atleast a week before freaking out like they are. It takes a lot of time to run through all the lines of code, and check them for new glitches.
