Hey there, WTP!

It's Congressional Primary time! Below is our list of congressional candidates for this month. Based on how much you like each candidate, you will be voting them on a preferential ballot. After elections, the votes will be tallied and the candidates will be organized accordingly on the congress roster, where you can then vote for them in-game on the 25th.

Beside each candidate's name is a score from their test (unless they have served in Congress in the past).

A total and complete lack of caring for the pedantic nonsense that seems to grip most Congress terms.

Why do you want to be a member of Congress?
Becoming a member of Congress is yet another way to aid in the betterment of our nation--a goal for which I strive every other day, at a minimum.

What will set you apart as a Congress member?
A conscientious chinchilla at heart, I will do my best to keep up with and contribute to Congressional discussion before voting and provide plenteous examples of my penchant for alliteration (where possible).

Why do you want to be reelected?
I have been part of congress...or congress has been part of me for so long that I just can't let it go anymore.

Why should you be reelected?
I contribute to all discussions, already have a personal opinion on most of the issues and can be a valuable part of the idea generation process.

Mentoring Director since I was appointed by Hale back in the spring.

Why do you want to be reelected?
The first thing is to continuing my service for eUSA as a Congressman trying to bring as much as goodness to it. I am running for Congress 2nd time so that I can get much more experience and knowledge in it. I see that being an Congressman gets me more exposure and to expertise Political Aspects of eRepublik which I am very much interested in.

Why should you be reelected?
As far as my knowledge, the things I have done last term has been a contribution to eUSA for its development even though its of small quantity but it still counts. And most of all I am active in eRepublik, IRC and forums and so there is no problem in communicating with me which I consider one of the most needed requirement for becoming an Congressman.

Why do you want to be reelected?
I want to be reelected to continue to serve as a voice of experience and activity in Congressional Goings Ons. I have led and shadow led the WTP delegation since its real inception, during my second PP term. Through shared experiences I learned the higher workings of Congress, what is expected of a Congressman, how to get bills passed, how to garner support cross-party wise, the ills of SoH, the need to work with the base...etc.

This party needs active, charismatic leaders with a soapbox.

Why should you be reelected?
As explained in my above answer, I've led the WTP delegation almost continuously since its inception. Together we navigated the Work Tax debate, the largest national debate in over 2 years, and defended our position. We supported various engagements with helpful foreign parties through bro-pacts, I personally sparked activity and direction in the Combat Orders Debate and WT debate and was the top player in defending a safe USAF budget.

My ramblings aside, my experience is unparalleled and my involvement for the people is solid. I would be an asset to the party if elected.

Why do you want to be reelected?
I found my first Congress experience interesting. As a newb I have mostly soak in the information and procedures.

Why do you want to be reelected?
I've enjoyed the past couple months in Congress and would enjoy another.

Why should you be reelected?
In addition to feeling I have a fairly solid grasp of game mechanics, I feel that I am a reasonable and civil voice. I am fairly good at keeping track of the goings on in Congress and contribute when I feel it is beneficial.

I have served as Chief of Staff for a couple months. I have also assisted with WTP elections work and recently did some Feed the World quartermaster work.
