Welcome to a month of Wook…

Hello to the eUK on this lovely September day and thank you for electing me for my second term as your Country President!

It’s been a hectic first few days as all the new governments from around the world make themselves known to each other and we act like we love them all, even the ‘evil’ ones 😛


Not so a WookieO government. No, we smell of roses and taste like rainbows…

I’ve been having chats with my various cabinet ministers and we’ve so far seen off Sweden from our shores, huzzah! We have a Resistance War in the South West of England ongoing right now, to take back our scrumpy cider producing lands from the Canucks, huzzah!

And we also have a proposal working its way through Congress regarding a new Natural Enemy law against Norway, huzzah!

This new war with Norway wasn’t discussed, it was a lone proposal by one of the UKPP’s youngest Congress members, but I imagine it will pass. As I said to Congress, we don’t have a huge variety of targets for war and with our allies Germany still engaged against the Finnish, plus our Dutch friends apparently feeling like they want to get involved too...this is most likely where I would have suggested anyway.

However it might have been preferable to give our fighters a little time to replenish their stocks and to get the RW out of the way first. Anyhow, it’s done now so looks like we’ll be marching towards Oslo once again!

Government orgs and admins being typically helpful…

Hopefully I can get these government orgs sorted next, I am in the process of sending off tickets to the admins now. We have a few key orgs under our control, including the Ministry of Defence and the Bank of England. I would like to be able to use some of our other government orgs this month though, mainly to release ‘official’ articles but of course if we want to resume any financial Monetary Market ‘fishing’ then that would be handy too. I shall keep you informed of what the admins say.

Finally I wanted to reveal some more about how I plan to run this month’s competition.

I’m going to be keeping a keen eye out for members of the eUK community who stand out, be that on the battlefield, in politics or just by adding something to this society. I will assign them points and then at the weekend I will publish the weekly standings.

PRIZES!!

This weekend’s winners will receive:

For 1st Place - 100 Q7 tanks
For 2nd Place - 50 Q7 tanks
For 3rd Place - 25 Q7 tanks

At the end of my term I shall award prizes based on the accumulated weekly performances and the big overall monthly prizes are as follows:

For 1st Place - 30 gold
For 2nd Place - 10 gold
For 3rd Place - 150 Q7 tanks
