yeah, when I logged on during lunch and saw that it said fight for the dictator side my first thought was "WTH". My buddy took it a bit farther when I showed it to him. He looked at it, rubbed his eyes, looked at it again, and said, "The world doesn't make sense anymore. America? Dictator? What?"

Since it's been a little while since the so called "civil war" module has been implemented and civil wars have taken place in a lot of e-countries great and small, the overall impression thus far is that TO'ing small countries is doable, medium ones is difficult but large ones is next to impossible.
Based on this, the build up required for an external force to TO the eUS would be noticeable well in advance of the event. Now I know that the White House claims that a credible threat exists as a means to justify the installation of dictatorship, but how about showing us some proof? They'll argue that this would tip the antagonists off, but that's nonsense. Acknowledging a "credible threat" already tipped them off.
Let's face it, there's no credible threat AT THIS TIME. If one were to develop, a plan could be put in place to install a preventative dictatorship on short notice and dissolve it once the threat subsides.
No, this is yet another way to consolidate power in the hands of the few and create more barriers for ordinary citizens to overcome. It will further reduce the rate of retention of new players and may lead to more older semi involved players leaving the country.

I beg to differ. I am one of those "ordinary citizens" that went up the ladder. I am simpleton that by hard work managed to get up there. And I am still climbing. So with this your comment is void ! Good luck !
If you are saying that you are an ordinary citizen that went up the ladder, good for you. I never said it was impossible, I just said that the harder they make it, the more people will be discouraged and quit.
A lot of people choose not to bother with politics until it hits them in the pocket book, let's say in the form of unreasonably high taxes. Then when they decide to speak up, they're met with stonewalling: taxes are high because congress decided to have them so.
Now its up to them to enter politics and thus they are lead into the maze, which if they successfully negotiate, they end up 'leet. The process renders change nearly impossible.

You are not protecting the constitution, when the 'Unity Dictatorship' sets it aside to further their own cause. It was pretty obvious to all that there was no real threat to America from an outside enemy, the 'Power Cabal' just simply wanted to consolidate their grip on the one part of government which stood opposed to them...Congress. A Congress from which they are in the process of blacklisting and censuring those who opposed them.
So, think they are planning to encourage Freedom and Democracy or are they going seek revenge against their 'Political Enemies' ...?
It isn't so much opposed them but they fought against a war voted by Congress to occur.
And I don't see anything happening in the Congress boards in terms of blacklisting, and literally no one has written a draft for rules regarding these people.
