[vCP] To all Belgians: Fight! But not in Flanders...

Dear Belgians,
Please send the link to this articles to your friends, shout it, vote it up and make sure all of Belgium reads it. It will make this war end faster.
In this article, we read that our CP’s, GoopyPants of Belgium and Auggustus of the Netherlands, have agreed on ending the War of the Beers with the following steps:
1) To end the conflict as speedily as possible, eNL will win the current MPP battle and gain the initiative. eNL with then win the battles of the three home eBelgian territories to close the war.
2) eBelgium will then RW its territories leaving both sides with their native provinces.
3) Neither side will NE or declare war on the other country until at least the day after the next presidential elections.
4) Both sides agree that each country's beers are equally superior.
This article is about the first 2 steps of this plan.
Here, you can see that a Resistance War started in Flanders, which had been occupied by the Netherlands 24 hours ago in the 1st step of the plan above.
I understand that it is very tempting to start a Resistance War there. You might feel insulted and threatened by the Dutch invasion and starting an RW is a logical step, but it is not how to end this war.
In order to stop the Natural Enemy-bond between the Netherlands and Belgium, one of the countries should be wiped, in this case Belgium. As soon as Belgium is wiped, you are free to start as many Resistance Wars as you want to (I advise you keep it at three
😉) and fight and fight and fight ‘til your tanks drop broken and overheated.
But that time is not now! Please, make ending this war easier for both our sides - don’t fight in Flanders. Fight in Brussels if you want to gain experience and rank points, but make sure you’re not a traitor to your own country and Country President.
This said, I wish you all luck and fun in the last battles that will make an end to this war.

Let's end this as soon as possible indeed. Perhaps eNL can assist the speeding up process by not leaving the MPP battles on auto-attack.

-> Did Netherlands have to wait so long between the attacks of Flanders and Brussels ? Will Netherlands wait once again 24h between Brussels and Wallonia ? Is it impossible to attack "without waiting 24h in between" ? Or is it just an unfair way to have bonuses for a few more days ?

Jeiry, one thing I know for sure is that we don't get extra bonusses for flanders, so I don't think that is the reason.
Um... Why don't you just stop fighting and propose/vote No NE + Peace like normal people do? Too much beer, ah? 🙂

Also: the war is officially over, so why not enjoy a last few battles? We just don't have to make it last any longer than it should... ;- )
Hum ? Is this a trolling article (to rephraze you) ? Why did eNL waited 24h before to attack a second belgian region ? In order to see this RW started in the same time as the mpp battle ? By waiting so long you have choose to complicate this situation, not us... So maybe publish an article to learn game mechanics to your President, and not to the eBelgians... : - /

So the no NE vote and peace vote can be over in 48 hours. With the current process, and the Netherlands mobilising Belgians to fight against Belgium, this can take much longer. If the Dutch really want to start honouring an agreement, they should put their full weight behind it.

And it was not also the first agreement with eNL... eNL had to wipe as fast as possible eBE, but they choose to did not, and to wait for auto-attack... Honouring a peace treaty is the first step to rebuild trust... : - /

Mattio, you can comment all the belgians articles with lovely comments and lovely smileys, but it won't work with me. You're part of the eNL Government and you are playing with eBelgium. If you want to gain some respect, start by acting in a respectful way... You can't always hide yourself and say "it's not me, it's the CP" : you need to assume your position and to ask questions to your CP, to your Gov, to your Congress, and to make things changes, not to accept them like the robbery... You're representing eNL, you published a shameful article to "educate" eBelgians in an official org, while the only ones to blame are the eNL gov in this situation... So yes, the "they" include yourself... : - /
Most of our MU's have set MPP battles as DO and don't forget that RW's can be started by whoever is there on time and has 1000 currency units. Most eBelgians are in favour of the quickest possible ending of this war (which "officially" has already ended), but maybe voting to end the NE will be just that if things keep going like they are.
They know that already Aldous, they are experienced players, they know it's not possible to not have a rw started anytime soon when it's available, because of foreigners/mercenaries... The question is not about eBE's actions, but about eNL's actions : why did they waited 24h/auto-attacks ? They also know how it works : they had to launch the 3 attacks in a row, and they didn't.

No epix, but i'm sure you understand what i mean... Why publishing an article to "learn" eBelgians the game mechanics when the plan was to wipe eBE as fast as possible and that eNL didn't attacked our three regions in a row to prevent random rw's but waited 24h for auto-attacks... It wasn't logical, not even for a bit... : - /
Considerable amounts of shouts, articles, and otherwise were released to convince people to not fight against the Dutch. No military funds were used or otherwise. If anything, you should take it as a massive embarrassment that a fraction of the population with no funding or otherwise managed to kick your ass so badly in Flanders.
At this point, the Dutch government was so slow in MPP attacking that the No-NE vote is faster and that's probably what we'll do now.
