Join the new world

Well so far I've promised to steal everything and be totally unaccountable and unreachable as well as planned to implicate every other legitimate party into the deal.

I do however feel that I can make more of an effort to affront other generic groups, UK forigs, forig forigs and ofc MU's.

I'll get around to MUs when I show you my dastard plans for the military and also the forig, forigs when dealing with forig affairs.

So today lets see if we can bother the generic groups...

THE FORUMS
Everyone who is anyone will be forced to use the forums.

Only on the forums will aid be given, information given, supplies given and CS given. If you're not on the forum then you are a traitorfag and you, your party (if you get elected) and your friends will all be blacklisted.

Should discourage my base

Blacklist
The blacklist will be back and will consist of everyone who is a butt.

The classification of butt will be decided by a panel consisting of the CP and his or her ministers who will decide by majority vote on 'buttness'.

As this panel will include members of all the parties it is only fair they get a veto on anyone proposed for listing.

(Please remember all my other ministers will be inactive players from other parties)

In addition I plan to re-introduce the idea of paying ministers and gov. officials out of national funds (Mega-Bonuses ofc!)

On top of that I plan to introduce the civil service act which should embed my cronies into positions of power without the need for re-election. As an added dastardly bonus I plan to tie the role of king into this act so it becomes a package deal and any repeal of this act would repeal the role of King Woldy.

Democrats taken care of

In my final piece of legislation I also plan to bring back the HoL!

This August body would ofc be stuffed full of people I know and thereafter election to this body is by vote of existing members which should keep the door fairly closed.

They'd also have a veto on any legislation and proposal coming from the lower house (congress) any member of congress ignoring this would ofc be a traitorfag and banished.

The HoL act would ofc be tied to the honours list both past and present so any repeal of the HoL would involve the stripping of all titles awarded be they past or present.

So that should pretty much cover other parties and groups effectivly

ACTUAL STUFF
National MU
Seems like a good waste of time and money so we'll have some of that.

Should have enough cash to make sure its brilliantly supplied for 1 month then we can blame the next CP for dismantling it and throwing all the players out the door and any battle losses on poor comms and lack of national MU.

NHS block grant
Another good chance to waste cash and then blame subsequent govs for cutting money and closing down hospitals and short-changing citizens when the money dries up and the books have to be balanced.

MPPs
Again we can accept as many as offered and again set-up the next gov for blame when they have to cut the list and we lose any single battle or round.
