Since this is a month of war my platform will be very centered around this. We have not been in a big war for a long time and it is showing. We are not prepared for this war on many levels.
Financial plans
I know that many were worried when I said I would not give congress any financial control, but do not fear. I intend to make an emergency back-up that only the CP will have control over. This is to be able to support some of the things that will be needed this period, and in future wars. We can't have “special” members of congress or SCI potentially hindering war efforts.
I will be creating this fund with money from the Congressional Budget Office which is where all the treasury money goes to. This fund will use 5% of what we have saved up.
How this will work: Every month the congress and the CP will look over the country’s finances, they will see how much money we got at the start of the month and move 5% of the total money to the emergency account. This does not mean that you add it to the previous money, it means that you have exactly 5% in the emergency account, so some months the account will have less money than it had the month before that. This helps insure that a financially impaired CP can’t drain all of the country’s money completely.
Why do this?: This takes some power away from the SCI and moves it to the CP, but the CP will never be able to independently ruin our finances.
War efforts
This month I will have a war council that consists of the Secretary of War, the NSC chairman, the CP and all commanders that wish to join. This war council will have a meeting as soon as the election is over to discuss the strategy that we will follow this month. We will discuss which allies we need to contact to organize with to open RWs and maybe be able to liberate simultaneously to make this as effective as possible. This war is not just us.
The NSC chairman will also have several deputies to keep the orders up to date constantly so that people know where to fight.
More military unit fighters will be funded this month, not just USAF. When we have important battles we will have more supplies available, as we want all our soldiers to be well equipped to be able to fight as hard as they can. You want to tank with your energy bars but have no tanks? Great, have some tanks and let us win this battle together.
USAF
USAF will be up for some changes. With the latest update of Combat Orders it is now easier than ever to decide who deserves how much funding. I will be working on a new system to include this.
The interior
The interior is a department that runs on donations and not government funding. This month it will be getting some funding due to the war, but I intend to update one of the programs a bit.
Last month the interior released a new program that pays for travel expenses of low-leveled people. The level limit was 29, which is quite low. Since there might be a lot of movement this month and we encourage every player that is able to move to join us, we will provide this service to everyone under level 35, rather than cutting it off at level 29. We will be telling people that use this program where to move to make sure that they are always in the right spot.
We will also try to keep track of people abusing this system to make sure that they move and stay where they should until it's time to go somewhere else.
Media
I will make no promise on how often there will be articles as I can't be sure of how often we have any major things happen on a regular basis. But I promise that the media will be used as frequently as it's needed to keep people up to date on the current affairs. I have someone who loves to write articles as my Secretary of Media so he will be more than eager every time an article is to be released.
Media will also be working together with the education and interior departments. We need these to be as public as possible, primarily education. This will help new players to have better access to guides and important information, and in turn to have a greater chance to succeed.
How will all of this be funded?
There’s a reason why I started off with my financial plans: You have probably seen that I have talked about extra fundings for our fighters, and for the interior to pay for travel expenses. These items will be funded out of the emergency fund that I will create. War times cost more than peace times, and that is why we save money during the times of peace. Now let us use some of that money, not all, to push our enemies back and turn this war.

The entire point of the SCI is to make sure CP's aren't draining the emergency accounts at an unsustainable level or on plans that won't succeed.
A CP can still independently ruin the Finances, because the CP always controls the Orgs, which hold part of the money and is the distribution point for the rest.

Yes he can if he is determined to ruin the country, even the SCI can't stop that from happening. What I meant was that this stops him from ruining the country by being a complete idiot when it comes to finances. The 5% emergency funding is there to make sure that it does not happen at an unsustainable level.
And the SCI is there to make sure that the emergency funds are there for the next CP, or at least not wasted on efforts with little chance of success.
Which means that war efforts can be blocked by certain members. Which is why such a low amount of money will be in the emergency funding, so that even if shit goes wrong it's not a catastrophe if it happens.
Certain members that were appointed by the President for just that purpose.
If you look at the "released" SCI stuff, 3 of the 5 said no right off the bat, though some changed it later. You need 3 Yes's to get SCI funds released. A "Certain someone" was just the first to decline it.
People should not be able to hinder war efforts period, period.
If it's a war effort with a chance at success, I totally agree. However, there need to be people involved in the process to help make those determinations. Having a single person in charge of emergency financing streamlines it, yes, but doesn't for a moment make it better.
The red tape exists for a reason.
What do you think the 5% limit is for? And the whole strategy should never be done by the CP alone, if you've elected a CP that takes care of all those plans completely alone then you have chosen the wrong President. Those who are in charge of the planning are those who should determine what to use etc, not just pitch the idea to a group of people (SCI) that can just say "Meh, do not feel it." and denie it.
You need to see the bigger picture Talostatic. He and his cronies want to dilapidate the reserves.

This looks great! Definitely boosted your chances of a vote from me. The only apprehension I have is the one that you mentioned at the end of the article. How the Flying F**K will you fund all this? taxes will have to increase which can't be done since we have no congress!
This will be taken out of the fund that I am going to create. The fund works pretty simply, the congress (if there is any) and the CP looks over the finances every new period, they take 5% of the total amount that we got (this can be argued about later on if the economy gets a great boost and our incomes raises so high that 5% is a really huge number) and put it into the emergency funding that only the CP can touch.
I will start it this month if I get elected, this will be the money used to fund all of the expenses that we have. We will have bigger expenses than normal yes, but we can afford it with what we got saved up.
But this fund doesn't just magically appear full of money, you're proposing just moving it from one place to another. So the question still remains...how is this sustainable?
This is sustainable due to the fact that it won't always be used unless we are at constant war or chose irresponsible CPs that can't handle money, in the later case we'd have to look over who we really chose.

Where will you be getting the people to carry out this plan? And opening the interiors program to level 35.. is still only including only about 10% of the USA population. Your getting people on out of prime time to win battles? (that would be foreign funding not MUs).
interesting plan but I`m certain even the global community wouldn`t be able to run this plan... how will the eUSA do so?
The plans that I have in mind consists of several allies which are in different time zones.
And it's not just 10% of the USA population, it's a lot more, higher levels should be able to support it decently on their own if they are getting supplies to fight, which they will be getting.
And which part of this plan do you think I need more people for? I already got several and it's not a huge plan.

Your proposed financial plan is not only unsustainable, but it is against the eUS constitution, something that is not up to the CP to decide. It would be a massive overstepping of bounds.
How exactly is it unsustainable? Do you expect every CP to use all of the money every single month? If they do, you chose the wrong CPs.

Ah I see, having gone back to check out your stance on CoT I must say that I disagree. CoT let us join when it didn't have to, knowing full well that in doing they were likely inviting an attack by TWO. For us to leave when the people that risked their country's sovereignty to welcome us into their ranks are occupied due to their acceptance of us would be dishonorable, plain and simple. Aside from that I would be interested to hear what you think our other options would be? We obviously wouldn't have CoT or TWO as options.
Our options would be to work on getting tighter relationships with countries that we right now have treaties with such as Brazil, Croatia and Russia. To start with I would love to get a treaty with Albania as well and start on working to get these countries closer together.
Also, CoT only let us in because we're the main source of damage in the during the night for Europe. They didn't have to but they did not really do it because they like us. Which in my opinion, is completely the wrong reason to be in an alliance.
