I hereby give eRepublik Labs Limited one forfeit point for External advertising of another "web-service". Furthermore, I hereby give eRepublik Labs Limited two forfeit points for calling apparently their page of that other "web-service" a "fan page".
Ergo, 3 forfeit points for eRepublik Labs Limited so far.
The issue of that top players are sort of expected to never sleep at least 8 hours / day is something i would like to actually see in real law as not being permissible, especially as this "game" is open to minors.
And i would like to point out that e.g. in Germany is a so-called "Impressumspflicht" for many web-sites. E.g.: http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Impressumspflicht
Something as point 2 of the local ToS, tho separately and with more info, i think.
