[Pak] National meeting result

G'day gentlemen,

As you probably know we called out a national meeting on IRC for all Pakistanis today at 11:00 eRep time. We had a reasonable amount of people who showed up, which was p good. Much of the government was there, and some people couldn't show up due to timing change. But don't worry, we at the government of ePakistan, believe in complete transparency. And to achieve that, we will post right here, in this article, everything that we have decided in the meeting.

There were a few topics under discussion, which are as follows:
1- Military Units and overall military organization
2- Pakistani cabinet and their jobs
3- Alliance and other FA discussions such as ambassadors
4- Our future military steps
5- Utilizing the forums for communication, immigration, Congress donations etc.
6- Revenue generation for the country

Now lets look at each of them one by one in details and further tell you what decisions we have reached upon this.

First off with the military units.
This was our first discussion, and it was a pretty heated debate, which meant it was a good way to start off our meeting. Everybody got their sleeves rolled up.

Here is what we decided about the military units.
1- We will make Dioist Legion the national and governmental military unit. This unit will receive government funding when possible, and during most important national and ally battles. The unit already has a commune system set up, so that will help as well, but if anyone can help us with the communes, you are more than welcome to.

2- The name of Dioist Legion shall be changed to something that sounds a bit more 'national'. Write your suggestions in the comments below for what you think the new name should be, and then the commanders of the unit can make a decision on it.

3- We will open up group PMs to coordinate. They will be as follows, and every active unit will be required to do so.
i) There will be a PM of the country president, and the MoD and the PM with all military unit commanders.
ii) There will be a PM of each MU, which will include the commander, the soldiers in a regiment, MoD and the PM, but not the CP.
iii) The CP and MoD will write daily orders in the commanders thread, whereafter the commanders will then update their DO according to that. We will also let them know whether supplies are on or not.
iv) We will try to publish daily orders in an article by the government as well.
Now with the cabinet and their jobs.

Country president - The DarkKnight
Prime minister - Kusuri Uri, my second in command.
Minister of defense - Contenitore, runs our defense.
Ministers of foreign affairs - LinadeS & Mr. Swagg, run our FA and ambassador program.
Minister of Immigration - Not Specified, every citizenship request shall run through him.
Minister of media and culture - Delian Constant Ramanujan, does fun stuff and tries to make the community brighten up.
Minister of propaganda - Rathena Gelc, propaganda to keep the government in the good eyes.
Now next off to alliances and foreign affairs programs.

This discussion wasn't as long as the other ones, so there won't be much to write about it as well. We have decided that we will not be attempting to join any alliance for now. We will roll solo. We have enough support from our friends, therefore we do not need to join an alliance so urgently. We really do have awesome allies, thats how we're keeping them Israelis down so easily.

And another interesting topic of discussion was the Ambassadors program. We will send an ambassador to a few countries, which would be Chile, Croatia, UK, USA, Turkey, Cyprus, Mkd, Bulgaria and a couple other nations which our FA Ministers can decide upon. I think we can expect an article from our Ministers of Foreign Affairs on this topic later on, and the positions for all these countries, and other countries which aren't mentioned, are vacant. So feel free to apply beforehand.

What lies for us in the future, we all wonder. We know what.

We can not publicly disclose what we have planned, but it will be a blast and a great ride for all of you. So hold on to the Israeli regions until the Congress elections, thats our first priority. We might be further expanding after that. 😉
Forums
Our lovely citizen, Mr. Swagg put his blood and sweat into putting our forums into existence: epakistan.freeforums.org . We should use them.

From now on every citizenship application will go through a form that Not Specified has made and all applicants will have to post their answers on the forum too so everybody can check it, and he will then alert Congress in the Congress thread to accept their CS or not. Not listening to the Minister of Immigration will result in a blacklisting from the Congress.

We will try to communicate and organize using the forums. I have a few ideas in mind, such as offering supplies via posting on forums. And MU and military posts will be tried to be done on the forums too from now on. So bookmark the forums, they're about to get a whole lot more important.
And the final topic of discussion was how to make money for the government. One thing we can unanimously agree on is that all presidents and all Congressmen will donate their gold to the treasury from the Congress.

And we will be increasing the work tax to a reasonable rate of 5%, which can double our daily tax income. So thats nice.

But more details on this topic for later. If anybody has any ideas for this, feel free to let us know via the comment section.
