[外交部公告] 與巴西和平的第一步[Official Announcement] First step to peace

各位國民，國際友人及巴西的國民們：

大家好，我是本屆外交部長DogmaLuna。

在今天我們策劃的南非起義中，我們獲得了巨大的勝利。雖然我們得到了勝利，但我並不會因此而高興起來，因為這代表我們要與以前的盟友為敵。因此，在這篇公告裡面我會解釋為甚麼國家會有這個決策以及關於這場戰爭的一切一切。

事緣都是在11月，也就是上屆巴西政府決定要對我開啟天敵法案開始。

當時我們很震驚，為什麼一個曾經親EDEN與我們是同盟的國家會走到今天這一步。於是我們盡所有的方法、渠道嘗試跟上屆的巴西政府溝通，但如大家所見這是徒勞無功的。終於，大戰開打，我們最後成功逼退了巴西；但這並不是終結，在幾天之後我們得到了消息：美國要聯同巴西一同攻擊台灣。這是一個噩耗，同時也讓我們發現這件事為什麼會被策劃及啟動。

在得到EDEN的保證後，上屆的我們曾經相信過在下屆(也就是本屆)將會由親EDEN派系的總統上台並退回南美與台灣重修舊好，但可惜的是最後親EDEN派系的落敗讓這個計劃告吹。於是乎，大戰又繼續開打。

此次的天敵法案因為我們成功的把呂宋起義而讓巴西的法案告吹，但同時也讓我們知道了這一切都是巴西的高層在搞鬼。為了不再讓台灣坐以待斃下去，我們決定了這個計劃：開啟南非起義場，嘗試讓巴西掉資源從而警告他們。

在此，雖然南非的起義是成功了，但是在此，我想為巴西國民獻上我萬二分的歉意，因為此次巴西政府的錯失以及貪婪(據小道消息巴西是收了某國的賄款)，結果卻要你們擔起來，真的萬分的抱歉。同時我也想告訴巴西國民，我們台灣依然會是你們的好盟友，縱使是你們政府與議會決定了攻擊我們，但這並不代表是全巴西國民的意願。我相信我們之間大可不必只依靠戰爭來解決這件事情，所以在此，我想釋出對巴西的善意以及嘗試再度開啟和談的通道，為雙方的和平踏出第一步。

最後，我們要感謝在此戰為我們輸出的盟友及友人如中國、哥倫比亞、阿根廷以及其他有為這場戰事出過力的國民們，你們都是開啟台巴和平的英雄！同時我也要感謝愚昧的巴西政府，因為你們無故的開啟戰端，才能讓我們看到台灣自己與國外友人的凝聚力！

[Official Announcement] First step to peace

Dear citizens, allies and citizens in Brazil,

Greetings, I am writing to all of you regarding the victory in South Africa, Northern Cape.

We had won and liberated the Northern Cape for South Africa, but we wouldn’t feel happy about this. However we have to do this, that’s why I am writing this article to explain the reason and objectives about the RW in Northern Cape.

In November, the Government of Brazil had proposed the NE proposal to eROC. That was bad news for us. However, we still tried to talk to with them, and found a way to solve this aside from waging the war. Unfortunately, Brazilian Government refused the diplomatic way and bent toward the way of war. In this fight we had a great success but that didn’t mean we can stop this.

In this month, we had heard from EDEN HQ, that there would be a pro-EDEN Government in Brazil, but things became less satisfactory when the Pro-EDEN party lost to other parties. Therefore, the war started again, Government of Brazil had started the NE proposal to eROC again without any reasons. Since we didn’t want to stand alone here without any reaction, we planned to raise the RW in South Africa, Northern Cape.

Although we had the victory in Northern Cape, it didn’t mean we want to start the war or start the hatred between us. We knew all this was caused by your government (Also we had heard some rumors said Brazilian government had received some bribes from other countries), but not the citizens in Brazil. At here, I want to offer you the greatest and most straight up apologies from eROC to the citizens of Brazil. I feel so sorry to you guys as the fault done by government was bear by you. Also, I want to start a peace communication to you and stop this meaningless war.

Finally, I want to offer the gratitude and appreciation to all the allies who helped out in this fight, especially: eC, eColombia, eArg and ePortugal and all the citizens in this fight.
