[Mr Crumpets 4 CP] Information Shake-Up

Day 1,902, 00:19 Published in Australia Australia by Mr Crumpets

Good evening eAustralia,

I promised in my last campaign article that the proposed Minister of Information would be a surprise and 'rock-the-boat'.

In fact, it's safe to say some of my minister's won't be happy with the appointment.

In turn, this person said they were not fans of my ministers.

HOWEVER, this decision needs to be made. To stop the Department of Information from just being a 'cheerleader for the government' - to be a genuine reporter of the facts.

Witherd1 - Australian Communist Party
Minister of Information

The information department will now be 'off the leash' with Witherd1.

I expect brutal and honest reporting of my government, to ensure my ministers and I are doing our job.

Witherd1 will be able to report of most government dealings. The only exceptions will be those marked 'classified', which will typically be some sensitive Foreign Affairs talks or Defence planning.

To my minister, we have nothing to fear of the reporting by Witherd1 if we all do our jobs professionally.

A reminder that there is a planned debate tonight between Tim_Holtz and myself, hosted by CallumH123 on BlogTalkRadio.
