跟据5月15日與e印尼(以下简称印尼)的军演条款，我方需于军演后(5月23日）归还Luzon、Mindanao及Palawan予印尼。
经协商后双方同意以起义形式逐步归还。(先给菲律宾起义成功，再由印尼方面自行取回)

现将进行第一阶段程序之归还吕宋岛。
时间将为D203216:00

请各军团切勿镇压

According to the TW Agreement with eIndonesia on 15/05/2013, eChina has to return Luzon, Mindanao and Palawan back to eIndonesia.
We agree to return in the form of resistance wars.
(i.e. Allow ePhilippines revolts and eIndonesia take it down afterwards.)

We are now in the first stage of releasing Luzon, starting from 16:00, D2032.

All MU are reminded not to repress in this area.
