Weapons and Efficiency

There is 8 kinds of weapons which can be used in erepublik. 7 of them can be bought on the marketplace, 1 can’t (bazooka)

Each weapon has a fire power and a durability. Except for the bazooka, each weapon give your bonus damage from 20% to 200%

Q1 weapon

This weapon has a firepower of 20 and a durability of 1, (which means that you will make 20% more damages in one time)

Q2 weapon

This weapon has a firepower of 40 and a durability of 2 (which means that you will make 40% more damages in twice)

Q3 weapon

This weapon has a firepower of 60 and a durability of 3 (which means that you will make 60% more damages in 3 times)

Q4 weapon

This weapon has a firepower of 80 and a durability of 4 (which means that you will make 80% more damages in 4 times)

Q5 weapon

This weapon has a firepower of 100 and a durability of 5 (which means that you will make 100% more damages in 5 times)

Q6 weapon

This weapon has a firepower of 120 and a durability of 6 (which means that you will make 120% more damages in 6 times)

Q7 weapon

This weapon has a firepower of 200 and a durability of 10 (which means that you will make 200% more damages in 10 times)

Bazooka

Unlike the other weapons, you can’t buy or sell it on the market place, and you can’t give it to a friend.
There is 3 ways to have a bazooka : find parts on the battlefield or finish daily orders or you can buy bazooka part.

The Bazooka is composed by 5 differents parts : Barrel, Scope (which is the hardest part to find), M6A3 Rocket, Trigger and Stock.

At every moment, you can see your collection by checking your storage. If you want to use bazooka, click on “assemble all” and there's no maximum amount of bazooka that you can built.

You can buy bazooka parts.

Important Info:
Appropriate time to use bazooka is just when we have mission to kill. Because hitting with bazookas does not qualify a person to get free tanks on daily orders from MoD artcle.

Efficiency of weapons
Some people can say that it is cheaper to buy Q1 weapons, and they will prefer to buy them. However, it is a huge mistake.

In both examples : my influence will be 1000 per hit without weapons.
Example A
I buy 6 Q1 weapons (at 4.63GBP each). It will cost me 27.78 CHF
I will go on the battlefield and I will hit 6 times. Each time that I will use a Q1 weapon, my influence will receive a 20%.
Each hit will be : 1200 influence. For a total of 7200 influence on the battle (and 720 for your rank)

Example B
I will buy 1 Q6 Tank (that I can use 6 times before he dissappears) at 31.65 CHF
I will go on the battlefield and I will hit 6 times. Each hit with a Q6 weapon will give me a 120% bonus (for my influence)
Each hit will be : 2200 influence. And it the end, I will make 13200 influence on the battlefield (and 1320 points for your rank)

What can we say : I show that even if the cost is a bit higher for 1 Q7 than 10 Q1. It is better to use high quality weapons. Even if you can buy 10 Q1 for 1 Q7. Influence will be higher and rank will raise faster.
