I'm now going to describe markets.

In eRepublik you can find four different markets:

- Marketplace

- Job market

- Monetary market (MM)

- Companies for sale

First of all let's talk about Companies for sale (since is the least important and probably you'll never need it). There's not much to say about it: here players can sell companies they don't need anymore. Usually prices are not so different from creating a company from scratch, especially if you do that during discount periods.

Monetary Market is the place where players can exchange gold for currency and vice versa.
Usually buying currency or gold is not suggested, since it always is a loss for you (other players here speculate to earn. They earn=you lose). As we said when talking about work, you need to be quite experienced to speculate, so we suggest you NOT to do this during your first months.

The most useful thing for you is learning how Marketplace works.

First of all, reach the marketplace through your menu bar:



This is how the Marketplace looks:

At the top-right corner you can change the country market. (To buy a product on a certain market you need to be a citizen of that country or be located there).

The first line is dedicated to products. (Moving tickets, Hospitals and Defense Systems were part of the old version of the game, but right now they are useless).

After selecting a product, you will be asked to choose the quality, if available. (Raw materials have no quality).
As you set all filters, you will see all the products available on that market. By default they follow and ascending order by price, but you can sort them however you prefer.

The rest of the screen is quite intuitive: you can see the seller, the total amount for that seller, the unit price, you can set the quantity of product you want to buy and press the button.

You learnt how to buy on market! Let's now see how you can sell products.

To sell your products at the marketplace, you need to enter your storage.
Then go to My places and open the storage tab.



Here you can see all the products and special items you currently have in your Storage.

At the bottom you can find the Sell button.
Pressing here will make a tab appear, where you will be able to sell your products (remember that special items like Energy bars, Bazookas and Rockets CANNOT BE sold).

In the first row you can choose what product you want to sell.
To sell in a country where you are not a citizen you need a License.
Licenses cost 20 gold, so they should never be purchased unless you are planning to have huge profits on market (usually you need a very large storage, a lot of money and Q7 weapons to sell).
If you just want to sell your leftovers you can put them on your current citizenship market. (The only one for whom you have a license)

After you selected your products, just push the "Add on sale" button. You will be able to see your active offers just below.
As the products are sold, you will get a notification to warn you.
