Caros cidadãos,

Depois de aprovado pelos governos e congressos dos dois países foi assinado o seguinte acordo:

1 - Portugal manterá as regiões de Zulian e Central Western Venezuela
2 - Portugal irá pagar uma quantia mensal de 10'000,00cc à Venezuela
3 - Se for aberta RW em alguma das duas regiões, o governo da Venezuela dará ordens aos cidadãos para que não lutem pela Venezuela
4 - O governo Venezuelano compromete-se que não irá colocar CO's em RW nestas regiões pela Venezuela.
5 - Este acordo tem efeitos retroactivos, o acordo será pago desde o dia 3275 (7 de Novembro)
6 - Este acordo é válido por 2 meses, acabando a 7 de Janeiro 2017

- English Version

After approval of both Governments and Congress an agreement has been signed between the two countries:

1 - Portugal will keep Venezuelan regions of Zulian and Central Western Venezuela
2 - Portugal will pay a monthly fee of 10'000,00cc to Venezuela;
3 - If any RW is open in these 2 regions, Venezuelan government will give orders to their citizens not to fight for Venezuela;
4 - Venezuelan government compromises that they won’t set any CO’s in RW on those 2 regions on Venezuela’s side;
5 - This agreement will have retroactive effects, rent will be paid from day 3275 (7th November 2016).
6 - This agreement is valid for 2 months, ending by the 7th January 2017."
