Caros cidadãos,


o governo comunica que o acordo de arrendamento das regiões cubanas de Oriente e Las Villas foi renovado. Este acordo negociado entre governos dos dois países e ratificado pelos respectivos congressos tem o seguinte conjunto de itens:




1º - Cuba arrenda Las Villas e Oriente pelo valor de 25'000cc mais reposição de impostos


2º - Este acordo tem a validade de um mês com possível renovação nos próximos meses por acordo entre ambos os governos


3º - Se Cuba necessitar de regiões para garantir o Congresso, Portugal irá receber NE no dia 21


4º - Se Cuba não necessitar das regiões para o Congresso mas no entanto Portugal quiser fazer um reset de determinação, Portugal ficará com a responsabilidade de lançar o NE para conquistar de volta as duas regiões


5º - Este acordo termina no dia 3313

Dear citizens,


the government announces the renewal of the rental agreement of the cuban regions of Oriente and Las Villas. This agreement has been negotiated by the two governments and ratified by both Congress and is based on the following items:


1st - Cuba will rent Las Villas and Oriente to Portugal for 25'000 cc plus taxes reposition


2nd - The agreement last for one month and it can be renewed after it finishes if both parts agree


3rd - If Cuba needs its regions for congress Portugal will receive NE on day 21st


4th - If Cuba doesn't need its regions for congress and Portugal wants to reset the determination the regions will be released, and then Portugal will have the responsability to launch NE and conquer back the regions


5th - This agreement finishes on day 3.313
