[MDP] ETF Update

Well as i'm sure most of ya already know The newly created MDP Emergency Tank fund was a huge and early success. Yeah i changed it from merc to tank lol.

After housing the 3000 Tanks for about 1 day they came into play in a very Important battle in the USA vs serbia war as they counter charged back into Europe stealing there only Rubber region.

If your to lazy to click short version is. USA was ready to throw in the towel on the last round as large caches of funds had been used the prior round to try and end it. The 2000 tank donation from MDP and 1000 from Roger gave them renewed hope to fight on and win the battle.

I'd like to thank all those that took part in the tank fund through donations of Tanks or CAD or from some Both. Without them this was nothing more than an asshole Indian with 500 tanks.

So I'd like to keep this fund up and running and have a nice tank reserve sitting for when needed.
