A tribute
Today Paulus G said "Good night and fair well my friends and eUK. . ." and signed out for the last time.
This short article is in tribute to a fantastic and loyal patriot of the UK. A true hero who has retired from this eworld. During his 6 years, Paulus provided 107,949,881,823 damage for the UK earning over 1,000 True Patriot awards and I'm sure delivered a fair amount of damage for the UK prior to the introduction of the True Patriot award.
Outside the immense fire power Paulus brought to the UK and her allies. Paulus was a great, steadfast and loyal friend to many including myself. Offering friendly and wise advice, great support and generosity. Paulus did so much for so many in the UK and in this eworld and will truly be missed.
Paulus, as the 2nd Commander of the Free British Irregulars was integral in growing and maintaining the unit, and in fact I would argue he has done more for the Free British Irregulars than anyone including myself. Our Super Sunday Strikes will never be the same again.
A salute to my dear friend. You will be missed. All the best, a heartfelt thanks you and good luck in wherever the future takes you o7

This one hurts. Paulus was one of our greatest and one of the very few friends in this game that I don't have on some other service. Really strange to know that's it. That he's just gone...

Reading this article I"ve truelly been sad and I am now really sad for leaving Paulus from FBI and the game,Although two of us had some disputes,mainly my fault,I"ll miss his advices and his guideness as well as those Super Sunday Strikes(which mostly I didn"t participated 🙁...).The best man and fighter I"ve ever know.
I have a short message to him: -"Paulus,apology for everything I done to you and been stubborn and stupid not listening to you and your kind advices.Also the same message I have for dear friend Huey:
-Dear friend Huey I can"t make any exception or apology not mentioned that I"ve regret for leaving you and not listen you when you advise me.There were moments that honestly I"ve rather killed myself for stupidity and stuborness,betraying your trust in me and for too many hasty decisions and mistakes I"ve made towards you and the FBI unit as well as to the WRP Party 🙁 🙁 🙁
Good luck Paulus and take care yourself.This game isn"t important,your life is important.When and if you ever wish to comeback to the game,I"ll welcome your return to the game,All the best Paulus from Alex.

Utterly well said and so well deserved Huey that I am sure like all of us it's hard to find the words that give due credit to PaulusG. In my years in games and virtual worlds one thing I have learned is like in the so called 'real world' there are gems of human personalities in game comrades who transcend the routine and leave an impact on others than is unequalled. Such individuals leave a gap that is very hard to fill.
Yes, it's not just his formidable 'combat' strength that marks PaulusG out as a unique individual but his overall strength as a person which has been expressed here as a an uber positive, reliable, inspirational and magnetic character.
I found him entirely inspirational and an example of how the 'game' ought to be played.Every time we do the Super Sunday Strike he will definitely be there in our hearts and minds. I hope we shall meet him again and while we are all on the long long road to anywhere near his scores he should be a continual ideal to aim for.
The game is dying,Paulus G will be missed,if there is anyone left to miss him.

Yep, it was Paulus who got me into erepublik nearly five years ago. He was always there ready to lend a helping hand and a kind word. The game will not be the same without him. Farewell to one of the finest players I have ever known.
