[ILP] The Nation And The Party

Day 2,018, 17:41 Published in Ireland USA by Raven Anarcho

Hello once more comrades. o/

This issue I’ll be giving out some more Comrade Awards, and presenting the entries in the writing contest for readers to vote. Lastly, we’ll be explaining our Country/Party’s current situation and announce our candidate for CP.

THE WRITING CONTEST

We had a handful of new articles come out. It was nice to see some fresh faces in the community and we hope this continues and those who published their first articles will continue to stay active.

The writing contest had 4 entries, each being spectacular. I’ll leave it up to you, the readers and community of Ireland, to vote for which one you thought was the best. Submit your vote by messaging Raven Anarcho.

The winner will receive 5 gold!

Entries include:

Sadriddin Ayni, by SaintPetersbourg

Dr. Noel Browne, by Shadowfang

Father John Murphy, by wolf29c

William Lamport, by Draxel McLoughlin

Send your votes to me via message.

THE NATION AND THE PARTY

We are still occupied...

(The redcoats on their way back from a "tea" party)

Talks with the UK have not gone over well at all. They requested not only we limit ourselves in who our allies are (most of whom we’ve been allies with for a long time) but also requested to keep a region…

Needless to say, that didn’t happen. o/

(The Brits find out we rejected their moronic offer)

We are in a tough position, and are looking at many MPPs to sign. We have let our CUA MPPs expire as expected. Depending on the winner next month’s CP election, Ireland will either join hands with these allies to fight our way to freedom, or focus on rebuilding Ireland’s military structure and let diplomacy run its course. Both are fine options, and difficult for each cabinet. And now…

Speaking of the election, our next candidate is now announced….

Gerald Smyth

Gerald has done an outstanding job in both leading the ILP, the IPA, and performing his duties to the highest expectations in congress. We trust that if he gets elected this election, he will no doubt do a great job of leading the nation.

ILP would like to wish luck to all contestants this election, and we hope that the campaign is a clean one. We ask all ILP members to refrain from giving into temptation and fighting in public. (as opposed to privately 😛)

COMRADE AWARDS II

Time for some more awards to those who have been doing a great job representing Ireland and the ILP!

ALL RISE!

Once again, we are faced with many up and comers in our party. A tough decision once more however…

On behalf of the Independent Labour Party, we would like to commemorate the following comrade for his recent work in the Ambassador Program, along with an exceptional role in both congress and the LPA. Lord Scego is here by awarded a Golden Comrade medal. (10 weps)

The following award is the LPA’s highest given medal. It was a tough, close battle between 2nd and 3rd place recently in our MU Competition. By the third day, we were passed by the ICA. However, one comrade gave everything and moved us comfortably into a hard fought victory. He did more damage than every fighter combined.

The ILP would like to present, on behalf of the LPA, Roszondras a Victory of Labour! (1 gold)

MY CURRENT MISSION

I’ll most likely be in a foreign affairs position next month once more. This is something I look forward to, along with leading the ambassador program and the ILP for the first half of the month. Militarily, I’ll keep fighting the redcoats and Spanish.
