[GBDP] Help to write program springs into action

Hello eUK, this article is to announce the brilliant Program that GBDP are bring to the fine folks of eUK. It has two parts, the first benefits EVERYONE in eUK and the second part adds a bit more for members of GBDP. So lets begin...
How it benefits everyone
So the first part covers everyone in eUK, regardless of party. GBDP's goal is to create a strong community and one of the best ways to do that is through articles, take the competitions run by various groups at the moment. GBDP is therefore going to ensure that anyone who wants to write an article can do so by providing any player who wants to buy a newspaper with the 2 gold cost. We are committed to giving any eUK player who wants a newspaper is granted the gold required.
This will bring new faces into the media and hopefully keep eUK growing with activity.
How GBDP members will benefit
Not only will GBDP members get the 2 gold for the newspaper but if they write an article then for every vote they receive they will earn themselves 10cc. The article can be on absolutely anything and doesn't even have to include the GBDP banner, it can even never mention GBDP in it. However if they include the GBDP footer then they will be given 50cc straight away, after all people should be rewarded for trying to help the party.
Although at the minute only I have written an article I know from the party group chat that 2 other members are gearing up for an article soon and a 3rd is willing to write when they get an idea. This means that soon 66% of the party will be writing articles, which is an excellent turnout even for a party of 6.
Another competition in the offing
In my last article we had a caption competition which Aaron Mark Daniels won, earning himself 500cc and Sir Jimmy Savile was runner up earning 250cc. Therefore it is time for another competition. Keeping to the caption competition idea the best caption for the following image will win 300cc and runner up will win 150cc. So get captioning...
