[FBI] Food for Noobs

Hello there, dear inhabitants of Germark, our beloved Danish-German Federation!

Younglings, I’m coming to you with delicious breads and would like to tell you how you can grab a few of them. Oldfriends, I’m telling you why exactly you should keep on sending me stuff. :3

What is the FBI?
The FBI (Federal Bread Institute/ Brotbundesinstitut) is a part of the Ministry of Community and thus a state institution, helping new players by supporting them with food. However, since the state doesn’t fund the FBI, it is relying on private donations.
Right now Edelmann (yay he) is responsible for the FBI.

I need food, what do?
It’s quite easy: If you are a citizen in Division 1 (which means your level is equal to or lower than 34), you may request support by the FBI: Just fill out this application form and food will be sent your way. Our food supply cycle is fitting the cycle of the Weekly Challenge, from Tuesday to Monday. This means you will have to fill out the sheet weekly, before Tuesday. You can choose between a daily and a weekly supply drop - if you can, please try to select weekly since it means a lot less work for me as a supplier. 😉 Hint: If you fill out the sheet too late, you will only receive supplies until the upcoming Monday. We changed the system this way in order to prevent supplying inactive players and to minimize losses.

I have a lot of food and would love to help!
As mentioned above, the FBI relies entirely on donations to support the eGermarkian newbs. Thus, I need your support to help the younglings. If you can and want to help, please donate to Edelmann. The tl;dr version: If you, as a contributor to the program, donated 100 food units, 70 of those breads actually directly helped people that are still playing the game.
