Essentially you have committed a criminal act. If Hans requested CS, which he did and you intimated that you could facilitate this process and accepted the gold, you by not fulfilling the written contract (notice the word 'written') are complicit in committing the criminal act of fraud by deception.
As Hans 13 is also based within the EU he could initiate proceedings against you quite easily. I would suggest that you return the gold which you illegally acquired through deception.
Cool, Let's have a lawyer look at this... if they even do that for cases with a worth of less then 0.50€. I think you will be trolled by lawyers, judges and all your friends if you tell this story...
