[eCuba] Referendum Portugal - Cuba region agreement

Luego de arduas negociaciones y de la aprobación en ambos Congresos, se abre referendum sobre la renegociación del acuerdo de alquiler de regiones entre Portugal y Cuba.

1- Portugal va a conquistar las tres regiones cubanas y a liberar Western Cuba lo antes posible.

2- Portugal va a mantener Oriente y Las Villas.

3- Todos los meses el día 21 Portugal va a liberar Oriente y Las Villas.

4- El día 23 Portugal va a lanzar NE a Cuba y reconquistar las tres regiones, teniendo cuidado de garantizar que Cuba tenga por lo menos una región el 27 antes del cambio de día.

5- Todos los impuestos obtenidos de las regiones cubanas serán devueltos semanalmente a Cuba.

6- Portugal pagará mesualmente 20.000 cc a Cuba.

7- Si durante el acuerdo una región originaria de Cuba es víctima de un ataque hostil, Portugal incentivará a sus ciudadanos a defender a Cuba del potencial invasor.

8- Este acuerdo es válido por tres meses, pudiendo despues de tres meses ser renovado por períodos de un mes.

Nota: Este acuerdo tiene inicio el 15 de agosto de 2016.

After arduous negotiations and approval in both Congresses, referendum on the renegotiation of the rental agreement regions between Portugal and Cuba opens.

1- Portugal will conquer the three Cuban regions and Western Cuba to release as soon as possible.

2- Portugal will keep Oriente and Las Villas.

3- Every month on 21 Portugal will free Oriente and Las Villas.

4- The 23th Portugal will launch NE to Cuba and reconquer the three regions, taking care to ensure that Cuba has at least one region 27 before the change of day.

5- All taxes obtained from the Cuban regions will be returned to Cuba weekly.

6- Portugal will pay mesualmente 20,000 cc to Cuba.

7. If the agreement during an original region of Cuba is the victim of a hostile attack, Portugal encourage its citizens to defend Cuba's invasive potential.

8- This agreement is valid for three months, after three months and may be renewed for periods of one month.

Note: This agreement has started on August 15, 2016.
