Here's the latest. We've lost Western Australia (WA) and we RW from eChile at a later time. Patriots have been holding the line in the Victoria RW. Mechanics have kicked in on New South Wales (NSW) and a full blown zook fest is in play. Thanks to Larni (D4) for king-hitting some of these monkeys.
I've done a quick click-and-hit table for you. Follow official orders if there's any discrepancy with this (just makes the most sense mechanics wise).

Now we all know the Budget is going to be late due to some sooks who don't want to handover docs but we have supplies available for those who want to fight. We're getting complaints of no supplies. Now listen up - we can supply you through channels.
What you need to do: Contact Majester, Henry the 8th or Greg MaCGregor. Alternatively, contact ADF Quartermaster DraimAlexander (all hyperlinked direct to an open message - so it could not be easier!).

You changed the date for ADF budgets? Why????
@Paul: We had problems with securing the documents we needed from the previous administration. We only just got those today and after great issues doing so. Luckily Infin is extremely skilled and as soon as we put the Budget together it will go to the Senate. Thanks for your understanding.

What has the gdoc got to do with the budget. Surely anyone with half a brain can do it without copying someone else's budget.

You keep making these troll comments like "surely you can start government any day now" like we aren't doing anything. It's pointless. Everyone can see what we are doing.
As for the budget. We need all the numbers and figures from the previous term to hammer out a budget. We are planning some major new projects (can't say what they are right now) so we need all the information to we can prepare. We have been hindered by jasonwazza so there may be a slight delay.
What I was trying to get across (unsuccessfully, sorry) is that the ADF budget was changed several terms ago to run from 15th to 14th of each month so that supplies continue during budget preparation/approval. ADF budget has still not expired so I don't understand why this is impacting supply.
@Venja: While I think there is a question in there somewhere it does look like you're trolling a bit mate.
@Paul: Understood. There have been some mixed messages, with some suggestion it could have been deliberate for political reasons. What some soldiers are telling us - there have been supply shortages/they haven't been getting them. We have checked with ADF Marshal/MoD and nothing has turned up why that is. Initially it was thought to be $ reasons hence the concern. I attribute the former.
