Hello,
you will notice I’m using newspapers design of my fallen brother - nord86 also known as Con Droata. He was banned inocent as thai’s prostitutes. Jokes aside, I’m very sad to lose such a good account which could do so much in favour of our side and sadly I have to take part of the blame for changing nickname to Con Droata, I could never imagine Admins actually doing their job.

Today I’ll write story of my (and yours) eLife. It would make me sad if I disappear from this game without writing such article so I better start writing now before it’s too late. This is a character based game, but I’ve always tried to make my character to be similar as I am in the real life. I would probably change some things if I could, but most of the things I’ve done in this game made me proud on myself.





Early days

My start in this game happened when I was 16 in real life (yes, I’m here for too long). I was actually quite normal considering my age, but it had strong effect on my behaviour in the early days. Being a young adolescent in a game with older and serious people is kinda bad. Everyone was serious about things while I was trying to make some of my stupid plans happen. Regardless of how stupid my plans was (PTO of Czech Republic) while making them happen (or not happen) I’ve met some great people who stayed my friends until this day. While time was flying and I was getting older too things were changing. I became much more responsible and I stopped acting like a child. Both in RL and in this game too. You could say I kinda grow up while playing this game so my behaviour was changing too. I joined political party HDS in Croatia and met some great people such as Asklepije and Atea who helped me a lot in beginning, Asklepije in particular has been writing some great and useful articles. Argrob was very active back then too and his advices helped everyone around him..well maybe not advices, but his presence was very useful for the whole community. He was calm and rational and he always had good intentions about whatever he’s been doing. I’ve met Romper as well, who has been surprisingly helpful to me for most of my eLife even though we often disagreed about many political things.





Getting serious


While I was growing with eCroatia and while I was getting far more active than I should I’ve learned lots of things. Writing articles has been making me particulary happy. My articles would often cause strong debates because I always enjoyed being “different”, not just for the sake of being different, but because it was a logical thing for me. Soon after becoming Minister of Informations in eCroatia I moved to Ireland to find some more fun and meet more people. Getting involved in eIrish community was a best thing which could happen to me. It was probably the funniest community in this game. With people such as Padraig, Chewie, Conway, Sweet, moo, CT, IBhoy and lots of other RL Irish lads who accepted me there as one of theirs. Back then Ireland was pretty strong country. We built the ICA, one of the most fameous MU’s in V1. ICA was fameous for having lots of foreign members. In one period of time we had about 300 members in four countries. While we’ve been getting more power we had to accept the fact we’re more resposible for what we do. ICA has been fameous for its strong tanks, but also for being a group of lads playing “for teh lulz”. Back the Ireland attacked half of the countries in eWorld, most of our actions has been very successful. We made half of eWorld mad at us, but the other half of eWorld made a strong feelings about us. We conquered London, we almost wiped Sweden, we made Poland close their borders with us, we fcked up Germany, we Airstriked many strong countries. We left a mark in the game.





Involving in diplomacy

Soon after becoming eIrish MoD I’ve got elected in EDEN HQ team. My first task was being assistant Military Commander and then Military Commander of EDEN later. EDEN was an alliance everyone enjoyed fighting for. If one member of EDEN got attack all the others would coordinate and help them. I can’t remember how many tactics and strategies we’ve been working on back then but it must be more than 1000. We knew each step the other side will make and we had a solution for each one. I’ve been learning from zdlemmy, radens, Iaswn and others. Ireland has became an active member of a strong alliance and we really gave our best to help out. Romper was our main ally, each time we’d have a battle against UK he’d just show up and make all opposite tanks either stop fighting or fail while trying to out-damage him. It was a time when we created first deals with USA and UK. We tried to take control of Northern Ireland and in some period of time we grabbed it. We took some of their bonuses while giving them our doubles. It was a time of prosperity for Ireland. And then WHS joined.





Game changing events

While EDEN has been working perfectly, the other side - Phoenix lost their members, eTurkey. Most of EDEN HQ except for Bulgarians and Irish wanted to get Turkey in EDEN. There’s been lots of things going on back then, but once some Bulgarian Government unofficially allowed Turkey to become a trial member things got rough. EDEN HQ, led by almost all EDEN members forced Turkish way into EDEN making Bulgarians mad about it. There’s been many discussions, many bans, a lot of friends lost in those few weeks, but in the end EDEN has decided to allow Turkey to join. When this happened Bulgaria has left EDEN, but Ireland stayed in. We wanted to use our right to veto a new member and we did it. Twice. It made a lot of people mad and it’s probably the reason of my wicked relations with eGreece nowadays. I think some of them will never forgive me supporting Bulgaria instead of Turkey. Later Bulgaria started to fight hard against Croatia, but I kinda understood that and it placed me in ungrateful position as RL Croat.

I couldn’t say a bad word against Bulgaria. They were the victims of EDEN HQ afterall. That’s when I had a fight against half of eCroatian community as well. I lost too many friends both in eWorld and eCroatia, but I never regretted that. It’s a thing I’m proud on. I sticked to my ideals and perfect alliance EDEN once was. While leading Ireland I realised you can change things. We showed incredible loyalty and earned respect by everyone. Eventually we ended up with many friends on “both sides”. Our decision proved to be right after EDEN falled apart (soon after Turkey has joined) because of it’s lost spirit. Losing Bulgaria was a sign that EDEN was ready to replace its member with a stronger one damage wise. It wasn’t something I could ever support.





Becoming an oldf@g

After EDEN falled apart I was already well known and expirienced player. I took charge of eIreland and we had much more success, new friendships. Our community was very active. It was a time our internal relations in eIreland declined. Bhane left, IBhoy left. Many others left because of those internal fights. Most of the fights were caused either by false accussations by trolls in eIreland who were members of ILP (wanna be communist party). After those internal fights people like WHS and RTK, as well as known abusers such as Viktor Kurgan took the spotlight in eIreland. It was a time when eIreland has started to fall apart. ICA has been dissolved, we’ve been losing our members, valuable members of the community. Soon after several robberies occured and it was a drop which spilled the milk. Everything eIreland has done after that was just thanks to individual efforts of some of our community members including me.





Aurora Borealis

All of a sudden, after many months of boring game Aurora has been born. Ireland, Bulgaria, Macedonia, Mexico, Germany, Indonesia, Paraguay and Chile founded an alliance based on friendship. I was the first Supreme Commander of Aurora and I had a huge job organising our alliance’s military tactics, strategies and organisation in general. I think I did a quite good job. Aurora became the most organised and flexible alliance I’ve ever seen. No one expected us to be successful, since we were just 3rd alliance (behind Asteria and Sirius), but we did it. We surprised everyone and had some great success. Aurora proved that sometimes friendship is actually more important than damage. I was very happy to accept Italy as a member too. It was a pleasure for me to help eItalian community feeling the joys of being in Aurora. Sadly, it didn’t last for a long. Some wrong people took charge of the alliance and it slowly started to fall apart. People such as Phantom MKD, Trico, Daanitha, Severrus, mdmg, ilKaiser and many others contributed to the alliance a lot. We sacrificed a lot of our free time in real to make everyone enjoy the game again. And we were very proud and happy once it turned to be a successful mission.





Months of inactivity

Recent months wasn’t particulary interesting. I’ve been in charge of Ireland most of the time once again and we’ve done several successful Airstrikes, we attacked Greece, Serbia, Poland, Argentina, Brazil. We defeated China, Argentina, Slolvenia, Canada, Moldova and few other countries on our soil. But it wasn’t something special. I’m very happy of my friendship with Colin and Moo who are the people I’ve built great friendship with. I’ll be forever grateful to those guys for their support in good and bad times too. Recently, we’ve moved to Italy, seeking for some new adventures in this game which were a great once. It’s not bad these days neither, but it’s still not a shadow of what it’s been.





Conclusion

I’m very happy to meet a lot of great people in this game, but out of the game as well. TRC and Strider are two guys I fell in love with. Both of them are great lads in RL just as they are in this game too. I think I made strong influence on how this game has been going. I’ve always been trying to stick to my ideals, be loyal to my friends and troll and cheat Plato as much as I could. I was successful in both of those goals. Ireland is my homeland, or at least it once was, before it got spoiled by people who wanted to play RL politics in a game. Sadly, this happened in most of the countries due to game becoming less demanding and more boring. In times of boreness people has forgot about game mechanics and started to play some sick meta games I never was a fan of. Hopefully this will change..once. Until then, I’ll be looking for some thing which would keep me occupied. Maybe it’s time for new Auroras and new EDEN’s.
