[CP] The Army and The Military Council

In december 2011 hebben we gesproken over het vormen van een Military Council:

Joep O is later toegevoegd aan de Military Council, alleen was het nog niet duidelijk welke functie hij exact zou gaan krijgen.

We hebben toen der tijd de Council opgezet met het doel, dat ze alles zouden opzetten en het zo snel mogelijk operationeel maken. Vijf maanden laten moeten we concluderen, dat dit niet goed is uitgepakt. In de laatste maanden, zijn er een paar meetings geweest, een paar discussies op het forum, maar in de buurt van een operationele Council zijn we nog verre van.

Met de oorlogen waar we nu in zitten, hebben we een Leger nodig met een duidelijke structuur. We kunnen geen commando hebben, dat in opbouw is voor vijf maanden!

Aangezien ik Executive Officer ben van de Council, ben ik ook verantwoordelijk voor dit. Maar we moeten een keer tot de conclusie komen, dat dit geen succes is geworden.

Daarom hebben we besloten de Military Council op te heffen en het Leger weer op te bouwen onder het commando van de CP/MoD en rondom de Military Units met haar Commanders en Captains. Het Ministerie van Defensie zal daar aan werken met PRIO #2. (PRIO #1 is natuurlijk de bevrijding)

De Commanding Officer van de Military Council, Garmr, is het hier ook mee eens.

Later on Joep O also joined the Military Council, but the Council did not decided yet on his exact job.

We formed a Council with the goal to arrange everything and make it operational as soon as possible. Five months later I must conclude this didn't worked out. In the last months, there were a few meetings, some discussions on the forum, but we are nowhere near finishing it.

With the Wars we have at the moment, we need an Army with a clear structure. We cannot have a command, that's under construction for five months!

As I am Executive Officer in the Council, I am also responsible for this. But we must conclude, the Military Council is no success.

That's why we decided to abandon the Military Council and form the Army again under command of the CP/MoD and around the Military Units with their Commanders and Captains. The Ministry of Defense will work on that with PRIO #2. (PRIO #1 will be of course the liberation)
