Dear citizens of the eNetherlands,

What a week it has been. Together with our allies of Orion Sweden and France we embarked on an invasion of the UK, an action that would have succeeded flawlessly in ordinary circumstances. Just one month ago we walked unopposed in the UK; how different it was now.

By the divine intervention of an Albanian visa the UK managed to first trounce the attack by Sweden, followed up by closing the front by liberating Denmark. Next up was the Netherlands, who managed to win the first few rounds flawlessly against the UK fighting on its own. In round 3, however, the UK was once again saved by millions of Combat Orders which made any follow-up effort impossible (we managed to restore the lead, only to be smacked once again by massive Albanian Combat Orders).

With only France winning their battles, it was clear that this campaign was turning to a defensive one for us. The United Kingdom, left to its own devices, yearned for revenge and attempted to invade the Netherlands - before France could close that front. In a true showdown between the United Kingdom and the Netherlands - without divine Albanian interventions - a heavy battle was fought which was eventually won by us. But the price was heavy for both sides. With that victory, our mission has however been accomplished.

We've shown to be loyal and hard-fighting allies, looking forward to jump in wars in favour of our allies instead of watching by passively, despite our small size. In our two battles we got arguably the most pressure from the UK and her allies and we fought it off correctly. As this was a collective effort of France, Sweden and the Netherlands we can call it a success. We don't need to win ourselves directly; by serving as a massive drain and fending such forces off, we've shown that we're an helpful asset in any future campaign.

Of course, a big sign of gratitude to our allies is fitting. We would be a lot less worth without them. Be it mammoths like Serbia or Slovenia, or smaller but still formidable nations like Australia and Canada.
