eCanada National Citizen Supply Program
Effective today, the eCanada National Citizen Supply Program is in effect. This program will provide players in divisions 1 and 2 with weapons and food for each day the form is filled out. The goal of this program is to ensure player retention and improve our national fighting power in lower divisions. Supply amounts will vary depending on available resources, but at this time we will be handing out 5 Q7 weapons and 500 energy. This will be initially provided out of donations we have received, and more donations are always welcome.
Once we are able to gauge the demand of the program, a formal funding mechanism will be proposed to congress. If we can secure long-term government funding for the program I would like to propose we add the link to the new citizen message. Periodic articles will also be published by the MoE regarding the program. It is my hope that most division 1 and 2 players will bookmark the link and fill it out each day as a matter of habit.
If you are a player in division 1 or 2, please bookmark this link and fill it once per day to receive your supplies!
Other Updates
Airstrike
We still need food donations for our airstrike. We are currently 84% full. We are planning on launching our airstrike by Sunday. This should mean that it will coincide with the event and you will be able to freely hunt for kills while racking up True Patriot medals. Please make a food donation to the airstrike here.
FYROM
Things have quieted down on this front. There have been no further threats since Dill was not able to conduct his coup. I do not know if Dill will try to revolution then coup them again, but if that happens it likely will not be during this term. We are still monitoring FYROM MU's in the country for any surge in activity and holding money in reserve for exclusive use of defending against a coup.

You can't really see them but down low on the front end between the tracks there is a long anal probe. Most people freak when they see the probe extend and don't really pay any attention to the turret.

I feel like it would just be ignored by future CP's then. I am worried about continuity after my term, I didn't want this just to be a thing for this month.
Even if you make something "permanent" it won't last more than a month or two and then be forgotten. There's no infrastructure to maintain the metagame anymore.
I know, i'm trying to figure that out. I would volunteer to run the program for a while, but that would require handling government assets. I would like to cover the program myself but i'm not quite that rich, and I don't have the media presence necessary to keep it relevant. eJapan has community members that aren't in government that fund the program through donations, perhaps we will go that route. However, Japan is a small community, which is divided further into two sub-communities :/
